unacceptable
i was told my order would turn up on the 18 may to find out it had been lost was then told it would be with me on the 23 no later along with freebies as compensation but come 23 nothing i rang up to be told it had been cancelled and she would reorder it it but i would not be receiving the freebies as promissed very angry as i dont like been messed about and lied to!

Good quality products, service can sometimes be lacking.
I’ve been using MyProtein products for the past few months, namely Alpha Man Multivitamins, thermopure, BCAA’s and Strawberry Cream impact whey protein and creatine monohydrate, I’ve tried Maxi Muscle before and have just moved from Phd which just didn’t work for me
Effectiveness
I have seen some noticeable results in the gym both in lean muscle gains (people have commented on me looking bigger overall particularly across the chest and shoulders). My performance in the gym, lifting heavier for longer I attribute this to the Whey and Creatine and the BCAA’s have meant I’m not to sore the following day which is important when your training on consecutive days.
The alpha man multivitamins give me a general sense of health and wellbeing I haven’t had flu or a cold since using them, the thermopure gives a good kick up the bum when you’re on a treadmill at 7am doing a HIIT programme as well as making you sweat buckets, I have noticed some weight loss also, not as much as Thermobol but its half the price.
Taste
I can only comment on the Strawberry Cream Whey as the rest are pills, I put 5g of creatine in with it and mix it with 300ml of skimmed milk simply put it’s the best protein shake I’ve ever had and the consistency is perfect, not at all gritty as some protein/creatine shakes can be, no bloating or sickness after either.
Price
MyProtein is the cheapest company for supplements around simple as that, I get a discount with a local fitness company through my rugby club and MyProtein is still cheaper every time.
Service
This is the only negative feedback I have, I’ve ordered from MyProtein on 4 occasions 2 of those times I have had no issues at all the service was superb, and arrived on time and well packaged.
However on the 2 other occasions when I have order before 1pm on Sunday for a guaranteed next day delivery for Monday (a rare service that is offered by MyProtein) I have been left disappointed when midday on Monday I get an email from DPD saying my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday, It’s not the end of the world but be warned that chances are if you order on Sunday and pay for next day delivery the parcel will most likely arrive on Tuesday and not Monday as promised.
I complained on both occasions regarding this issue, the first time I was given a code for a discount to the value of the postage I’d paid the following day, but I am still waiting to hear back from the second occasion.

Didn't arrive on time - Why did I bother paying for next day delivery?
Why would I write as if I was speaking to a friend when I do not know who is reading this? I ordered a couple of items for next day delivery on the 16th of May, they were due for the 18th of May which is next day delivery as I'd missed the slot on the 16th to have it delivered on the 17th. However after paying extra for next day delivery I have still not received my items and it is now the 24th. If I hadn't have gone out of my way to phone the myprotein office who knows whether or not you were going to let me know that my product wasn't going to be coming. I had to make the phone call and in which I was told that they would deal with it and give me a call back that same day and if not then the next morning. However I did not receive a phone call so I had to phone again, only to be told that my order had been lost somewhere and then they said we will resend it to me. So I could have just paid for standard delivery and I'd have got it earlier than this. Also as far as I'm concerned I wasn't going to be informed about this and I'd never be refunded or receive my items without my personal efforts.

Good product but delivery issues
When I ordered this product for the first time i didn't receive it and no one contacted me. When I called myprotein it transpired that there was a problem with the address and the delivery company could make the delivery, but didn't notify anyone. Unfortunately they couldn't re-deliver without charging me for delivery so I had to cancel the order and re- order from scratch! However, the second time it was delivered promptly.
A second issue that I encountered ordering multiple packets was that they all had to be of the same flavour, it didn't seem to be possible to order a mix, which is odd.

Rubbish customer service
My products should have been delivered 2 days ago. Contact the customer service department through mail a couple of days ago and haven't received any sort of reply.

Did not meet expectations
I ordered vouchers plus a shaker from my protein for a birthday present. However after paying for next day delivery, it took a week for the items to be processed and delivered. This resulted in the the present being over a week late.

There is a wide range of protein shakes and a detailed guide to suggest which shake is right for you. I previously bought from other retailers but found MY PROTEIN to be much cheaper.

Cannot rate Myprotein highly enough. Delivery companies used by them are very poor however. Do not follow instructions sent by Myprotein, don't deliver on time etc.

Taste great, suitable meal replacement.
Have only tried the Vanilla and Strawberry flavours and both are great. They mix well without lumps in the myprotein shaker and have a slight thick consistency. I use them to replace either breakfast or lunch and they are sufficient as a meal replacement. Don't feel any hungrier than if I had eaten a meal.

Still not delivered??
False promises on the website - product does NOT take one to two working days to ship. It's been seven days now, with still no delivery - and I really needed the supplement to help fight the bronchitis I've had. I won't ever be ordering from MyProtein again.
The tracking data is rubbish - no tracking number was supplied in my confirmation email, so I have no way of finding out where my order is.
Also, transferring my email address to Trustpilot and forcing me to get a "free" account with no doubt unwanted mails in my inbox is also very poor practise. Who are these clowns?
I will tell my friends on Facebook to stay well away from MyProtein.

Didn't even recieve my delivery
I order some products for next day delivery... it's been over a week now and still no delivery. I had to phone up and ask them to which they responded, it must of got lost in the post. On the plus, they are sending it again. Lets hope it gets here this time.

Very good products with a couple of niggles
Very good value for money products IMO.
Couple of things -
Printing of ingredients/instructions - not always clear and often missed off.
I ordered the Amino Acid supplement product know as Exceed. It was meant to come with a scoop. This was my 2nd order, the first one did, the 2nd one was sent in a smaller package with no scoop. this has made it harder to regulate intake.
Otherwise an excellent website with consistently prompt delivery.

EPIC!!!
purchased alpha mens multi vitamins and L-carnitine and both have made a substantial difference in my work out, feel fitter, look fitter and well worth the price, only thing i would recommend 2-4 litres of water a day to avoid headaches

Worst delivery time I have ever experienced.
I bought the products on the 14th of may and was given an estimated dispatch date of the 15th and a delivery estimate of the 22nd. I recived an email on the 22nd telling me that it had only just been dispatched. 8 days from ordering and paying for the product and I have only just recived the confirmation that it has just been dispatched. With out a dought the worst delivery time I have ever experinced from any online shop.

Great product, quick delivery...spot on!
I have been using the Vanilla flavoured Whey Protein for a few years but finally decided to try the strawberry flavour and wow...lovely! When mixed with plain, natural, fat free yoghurt, you would never know this wasn't a general "off the shelf" yoghurt/smoothie/shake.
MP whey protein helped me to lose 4 stone in 10 months in 2009 when training for Enduro Africa...and I am glad I did...it was bl**dy tough!
Knowing how healthy this is, we will be giving it to the kids as yoghurt and ice cream (on the odd occasion : )

Next Day Delivery...I don't think so!
I recently made a purchase based solely on the fact that if I ordered that day, I would receive my goods by free next day delivery.
There was over an hour left on the timer clock on the site when I placed my order. I received a confirmation email that same day and a tracking number later that evening. When I tried to track the order with DPD, it came up saying no matching orders.
I didn't receive my order next day! I ended up getting it 2 days after I placed the order hence myprotein did not live up to their advertised claim. I was disappointed and am now thinking of changing to another provider.
Their record has been poor as my previous order was subject to a pick and pack error which resulted in my order being delivered with incorrect products in the box.
It's seems too much to ask to get the correct goods at the correct time stated.

I have been using Myprotein.com for a couple of years now for gym supplements. I've tried many other products and I don't think they can be beaten on price, quality and efficiency. You get what you pay for and you get it quick. I've noticed real results since I've been using this site and it generally lasts a lot longer than other products on the market too.

dont use the cash back scheme offered on myprotien its a con
Dont use the cash back scheme advertised on the website myprotein website, when you go to the transaction part of the site, it offers you £10 cash back Free when you sign up free, it is legal but its a CON they took £80 from my account. its disgusting and im suprised myprotein are ok with the practice. well dodgy! very disapointing.

great but delivery was fairly poor
As always the product and price was spot on, however my last 2 deliveries have arrived late. I paid for next day delivery on both occasions and well within the 2pm dealine, and both deliveries failed to arrive the following day which was quite an inconvenience when you arrange to wait in for the delivery.

Good prices, awful delivery
I have been a myprotein customer for many years, some of the products they produce are excellent value. However delivery times seem to be worsening significantly. My last order was a couple of days late, MP offered me free delivery as an apology. My current order was supposed to be delivered the next working day and is now over a week late. I contacted customer services, who took a few days to reply. When they did they suggested my order had arrived when it still hasn't.
I imagine MP has grown significantly in the last few years. It now seems you need to order a month in advance of when you actually need your supplements through as delivery dates are not accurate.
