Good quality products, service can sometimes be lacking.
I’ve been using MyProtein products for the past few months, namely Alpha Man Multivitamins, thermopure, BCAA’s and Strawberry Cream impact whey protein and creatine monohydrate, I’ve tried Maxi Muscle before and have just moved from Phd which just didn’t work for me
Effectiveness
I have seen some noticeable results in the gym both in lean muscle gains (people have commented on me looking bigger overall particularly across the chest and shoulders). My performance in the gym, lifting heavier for longer I attribute this to the Whey and Creatine and the BCAA’s have meant I’m not to sore the following day which is important when your training on consecutive days.
The alpha man multivitamins give me a general sense of health and wellbeing I haven’t had flu or a cold since using them, the thermopure gives a good kick up the bum when you’re on a treadmill at 7am doing a HIIT programme as well as making you sweat buckets, I have noticed some weight loss also, not as much as Thermobol but its half the price.
Taste
I can only comment on the Strawberry Cream Whey as the rest are pills, I put 5g of creatine in with it and mix it with 300ml of skimmed milk simply put it’s the best protein shake I’ve ever had and the consistency is perfect, not at all gritty as some protein/creatine shakes can be, no bloating or sickness after either.
Price
MyProtein is the cheapest company for supplements around simple as that, I get a discount with a local fitness company through my rugby club and MyProtein is still cheaper every time.
Service
This is the only negative feedback I have, I’ve ordered from MyProtein on 4 occasions 2 of those times I have had no issues at all the service was superb, and arrived on time and well packaged.
However on the 2 other occasions when I have order before 1pm on Sunday for a guaranteed next day delivery for Monday (a rare service that is offered by MyProtein) I have been left disappointed when midday on Monday I get an email from DPD saying my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday, It’s not the end of the world but be warned that chances are if you order on Sunday and pay for next day delivery the parcel will most likely arrive on Tuesday and not Monday as promised.
I complained on both occasions regarding this issue, the first time I was given a code for a discount to the value of the postage I’d paid the following day, but I am still waiting to hear back from the second occasion.

Great product, great service
I bought a 5kg bag of unflavoured whey protein, it is a good product at a bargain price. Tastes fine without flavouring and substantially cheaper. Came next day as promised, will buy again without hesitation.

WONT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
I was expecting something to measure the correct amount of Caffeine considering the warnings about taking too much.
There wasn't a scoop in there so I guessed, took too much and felt awful for a few hours.
I left feedback via their website and on Twitter and didn't receive a response.

Ordered April 25th, no sign of product, no response from company
I have been waiting since the 25th of April for my order.
I have opened four tickets and sent two emails and have yet to receive a response from the company.
Everytime I have ring their helpline no one answers the phone.
I love the product but I find their customer service absolutely terrible.

Items Lost and nothing was done until I chased it up.
I placed an order with myprotein and was still to receive after one week. When I phoned customer services they said the package had been lost on its way to the courier. It took for me to phone and chase up for them to re-order the items for me. They did send out on express delivery, however this should have been checked and re-ordered without my prompting. I do like the myprotein products but this has let them down.

Excellent service, excellent product!
Ordered the Impact Whey Protein (Mint Choc) on the lunchtime and arrived following morning. I haven' t tried the other flavours but would recommend the Choc Mint flavour. Tastes similar to Aero Mint Chocolate and mixes just fine.
Definately starting to see results and would highly recommend to anyone.

Good stuff, but gets more expensive every time I order
I have been using MyProtein now for a couple of years and have noticed that Every time I place an order they get slightly more expensive. I wonder whether I am funding their advertisement on football ground hoarding that I have seen pop up around the place. I am happy with the product and happy with the service, so I guess I will just keep an eye on the price, I hope I don't have to look elsewhere....

Best Delivery Service I have experienced with any Company
I ordered my products at 10pm on a Saturday, and they were delivered to my door at 9:30 am on Monday. Easily the best delivery I have experienced with any company, even Amazon. The protein itself tasted great, so all I can say is they are a perfect company!

Spot on products!
I have been using my protein products for over a year and can report I am very happy with the results. I am in the armed forces so I do get plenty of opportunity to train hard when not on duty and using hurricane evo and impact whey I have seen an increase in focus size and strength!

Great products, good company.
Just ordered protein bars and whey powder but very happy so far. Their courier company used to let them down but see they have changed recently, hope it's not just the name but seem ok so far.
They did send me a wrong flavour in the past but rectified this quickly and gave a money off voucher as part of their apology if it hadn't been for that mistake and past experience of the courier would have gave them 5 stars.
