Changed my poor opinion after very good customer service
I'm updating this review after myprotein has given me exceptional customer service in resolving the issue of my order not being delivered. My original post read: "I ordered my product in the morning yesterday and paid the premium for next day delivery. Today I received an update email and SMS to let me know my order was on its way. It was not delivered. There has been no contact to offer an explanation. Tomorrow I'll go to GNC or Workout World and purchase the product there and demand a full refund from myprotein. The high street shops may cost a little more but at least you're sure to get what you need when you need it. Not at all impressed with myprotein." Since then, myprotein customer service responded to my complaint very promptly, investigated what had gone wrong and provided a full explanation. It turns out that when their delivery service, myyodel, failed to deliver the order it was still scanned in their system as delivered and so no attempt was made to deliver it in any of the following days. It did take myprotein 5 additional days working with myyodel to locate my order and get it to me, but myprotein were proactive and courteous in their communication with me through that time. They have also refunded the delivery charge, and given me a number of free samples and £5 credit towards my next purchase as a guesture of good will. It's obviously disappointing that this happened but 5 stars for their efforts to fix the problem when it occurred. I am willing to give them a second chance.
