I am not one for leaving negative reviews BUT this one has to be done. First of all it started with clicking on a link on the MyProtein facebook page for the new Nutri Greens. When the email was sent for confirmation of my order it said I had ordered Superfood XS so of course I made an enquiry and was met with typical myprotein response that it was the customers fault. None of the links seem to work properly on facebook,nor do any of the discount codes go check the page out yourselves, majority of the customers complaining about non-existent codes, there always seems to be a problem and it is quite obvious that there was some sort of malfunction when my order was placed. I have ordered Superfood before and found I was allergic to one of the ingredients so why would I order it again.......anyway its gets worse, the item has just arrived in a shocking state, it looks like its been run over, black all over it, packaging very creased with tiny little tears in it. I have taken pics of it, I am speechless......Never again will I be spending any money on this company....of course all further tickets have been ignored.
Since this review I have been in communication with Kieran of MyProtein and we have come to a resolution. I am satisfied with the resolution and fully accept the apology from MyProtein. I can say Kieran was prompt and eager to put things right. For this reason I am prepared to take off that nasty red star which to be honest I didn't like giving in the first place, however its seems its the only way to make companies sit up and listen.
