Ordered in the milk chocolate having previously ordered in the strawberry flavour. I didn't use the stated 3 scoops on the packet but instead opted for 1 and a half with milk, to try stretch the powder out for longer, depending how much weight you want to put on obviously you can vary how much you use. 've always struggled to put on weight and I was 10st before ordering, I put on half a stone in about 3 weeks, it's been about another 3 weeks since but I haven't weighed myself yet but I've seen visible differences. Alongside my training visible muscle has been added. For mixing I'd recommend you use a blender to get rid of all the lumps, good adding in peanuts or a banana sometimes to increase calorie intake.
