Try Samples First & Tip on Reaching Non-Existent Customer Care
First, one tip! If you do need to reach customer service and you'd like to do it via on-line chat, put items in your basket first (even if you don't plan to purchase anything)! Only then will on-line chat be a viable option (otherwise it says unavailable - even during peak office hours). I recommend this as I don't want to spend money & time on international calling (I live outside the UK) and I sent at least five (5) extremely civil and professional emails to email@example.com which were never responded to. Products are hit & miss flavor-wise and as people's tastes vary, I would not depend on the reviews. As they do have single sample packets for some products (just type "sample" in search bar) - I highly recommend you try various flavors before buying an entire box. It's pricier in the short-run - but saves you having to giveaway three expensive boxes like I did. To be fair, they do have some quality good-tasting products at good prices. By far my biggest complaint is their abysmal customer care. My partner referred me via refer a friend & neither of us received our points. Lesson learned - I buy the products for myself, but do not refer the company to anyone else, nor do I recommend the company to my clients or friends. However, since you're reading this, you already know about them, so I've attempted to write a fair and unbiased review.
