Don't bother

Looks like they are quite hit or miss this company. Helmet took over two weeks to arrive and then was the wrong size. Sent it back asking for a full refund and surprise surprise no responce for another two weeks. Phoned today and advised that a full refund will be provided in the next 3 days. I'll let you know if this happens otherwise its off to trading standards. Avoid the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Fast, reliable service - would definitely recommend

Unbelievable Service

Long story short - after 3 weeks of waiting for a bike helmet. I gave up waiting and asked for a refund. Waste of time, i'll stick with Wiggle. They're only cheaper than other stores because they hae no stock.

Great price and really fast delivery

I had never heard of them before but after Googling Giro Monza helmet these guys were cheaper by some way. I decided to buy and i'm very glad I did, from ordering to delivery was 1.5 days (normal delivery rate, nothing added) and the product is perfect!

Quick Delivery, Pain Free shopping experience

I recently bought an Exposure Joystick and a Specialized Camber Expert through myspokes. They were by far the cheapest i could find anywhere in the uk for both products. It did seem a bit too good to be true but decided that at such a low price i would risk it despite previous feedback.

Delivered to me within 3 days of purchase just in time to rip around the trails on my new toy over the weekend! Couldn't quite believe it, will be buying from them again in the future.

Robbers...Beware!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a Helmet and they delivered the wrong one. Eventually managed to speak with customer service who promised full refund including the return postage as the problem was clearly their fault (black is not blue - though they would probably argue that...). Spent my time and effort correcting their mistake and I am still awaiting the full refund as promised 3 months later! Emails not responded too, phone almost constantly engaged, voice mail messages not returned! Trading Standards now involved...Beware !!!!!...Use Chainreaction, Merlin, wiggle, stif or rose bikes instead and save yourself a whole load of stress....

looked around for my girlfriends new bike for a while! with only Evans supposedly having them instock, when they screwed my order up i found these guys! I was searching for a new helmet and lights for my winter commute Myspokes had the best price by a longshot. I Ordered a helmet and some lights late night Tuesday, I received the goods within 48 hours or ordering. Will be ordering again soon!

Customer service terrible!!

I ordered my son a Wethepeople BMX bike on 26th August with this company as the prices were good. We waited a good week for the bike to arrive, but as we had ordered it over bank holiday we thought it may take longer. Eventually I rang this company to get an update, when I eventually got through I was told our order had got 'lost in the system' I asked what this meant and got told we couldn't have the bike as it was now out of stock..... Yet they still took the money from our account. I asked when they had gone out of stock and the reply was within the last 24 hours... Strange that, as I ordered it well over a week ago at this point! Andy who is the owner replied sorry we should of let you know. I had to push and ask what other bikes they had as they already had our money, he said he was 'prepared' to see what other bikes he had available and would return my call.
When he called back all of a sudden he had got hold of one of these bikes but a different colour which was fair enough. The bike arrived and we were not happy with it. I called the company again and the customer service was disgusting. He didn't care, wasn't interested and just plain rude!! I eventually decided to keep the bike, took it to a bike shop and got it put together, only to be told 3 parts for the bike were missing! Which is obviously why we were struggling to do it ourselves. We got them replaced by the person who assembled it as I could not bare to deal with this company again. He states he has been in the business years but some customer service training would definitely benefit him!
Can safely say I will not be ordering from here again.

Unprofessional and uncaring

I ordered a bike which had no 'out of stock' badge on the page or anything and was told it was in fact out of stock. Despite this they still removed money from my account. They then asked if I wanted a newer version for a bit extra which i agreed to, but a week later they have not taken the extra money from my account despite saying they would have done it by now. The bike is meant to arrive today but I have not been given a tracking email like it said they would. Everything seems like they couldn't care less and person who operates phones never sounds sincere and makes it feel like you are wasting his time. Awful really.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used myspokes.co.uk now. The products always arrive the next day and they always seem to be the cheapest!

Kept upping the price..

I tried to buy a new bike through the tax free cycle to work scheme so they upped the price which would have eaten up all my tax savings.... So persuaded my boss to buy the bike directly without using the scheme. Guess what, they rang to say that the 2011 model was out of stock and the 2012 model was £40 more! I've now seen the 2012 model advertised at £40 LESS!... So be surprised if you get the advertised price.. Also to top it off a while after we cancelled the order they charged £480 to my boss's card in error...

Great service and packaging

I usually buy all my cycle stuff from another well known online cycle shop. However the price for the item I required was significantly cheaper from myspokes so I took the plunge.
I was impressed by the ease of their website to use and the content available. The item arrived as requested and was well packaged. It arrived quicker than items I ordered from my usual cycle shop that I ordered at the same time. I would use them again.

Quick and Easy

I've had no problems with them what so ever. I ordered Tuesday at 10pm and I received my package on Thursday at 3pm via City Link. Cheapest online! Recommended!

Good prices but they lost my order and not great customer service

Competitive prices but my order was lost in the "system".
When I called 6 business days after purchasing an item to enquire about my order I was first told they could not find it on the computer. Only after forwarding the confirmation order email back to myspokes and being told "it looks authentic the email" only then they found the order manually.
To add injury to insult when I asked for compensation I was told I was going to get the cheapest price available which I said I was already getting and then he said he could not sweeten the deal as he would lose money but gave me hope when he said he would talk to his manager before posting the item. Well I got the item today and there was nothing to "sweeten the deal" not even a token of gratitude, I guess they haven't lost money on the deal but they will lose a customer now.

Great company and always have the lowest prices

This is the 4th time Ive used myspokes.co.uk and every purchase has been perfect. Daniel has been great at advising or sourcing information regarding products, even if they are not on the website they get the bits in for me and always give me the lowest price on the web!

Bought a bike from this lot, saved a grand and it arrived fully built in 3 days! Since then bought a few bit of pieces, Park stand, Xar Helmet and Exposure lights all arrived within 2 days and all see to be massively cheaper than everyone else! Cheers boyos!

Excellent service - would highly recommend.

I am rarely one to commend good service but in this case have to.

After trawling the web for a XC bike for the Mrs I came across the myspokes website. After seeing the very cheap prices I decided to call in to ensure they were as they seemed. The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and ensured me the prices on the website were correct, he also offered a deal on lock and lights that I went for.

Best bit, I mentioned we were going away over the bank holiday and he said he'd try his hardest to get the bike to us before hand. In 48 hours it arrived fully built and ready to go!

If you are looking for a cheap bike deal that comes with excellent service then I would highly recommend using this website.

Excellent value and arrived quickly

Despite the bad reviews on here I ordered from Myspokes because their Giro helmet price was significantly less than their competitiors and I wasn't in any particular rush to receive it!

I ordered the helmet on the 18th August, it was dispatched on the 19th by first class post and delivered on the 20th.

Absolutely delighted.

Still waiting for item a week later...

In this day and age, shipping service is the main competitive advantage for most companies. Myspokes however really don't seem to understand that. Having ordered the item 5 days ago, I'm told that the item isn't due to be dispatched for another 4 days - I only found this out today when I rang up, as the helmet still hadn't arrived at my door.
Cheap prices but that doesn't make up for the poor quality of service!

Poor service, poor quality, lack of experience!!!

I recently purchased a bike from myspokes.co.uk, which they priced wrongly, then refused to sell me at advertising price!! then after much chasing and having to ring the manufacturer myspokes eventually agreed I pay cost price, bike arrived and I was shocked brake cable not securely fitted, brake block wasn't even on the rim properly... are these guys cowboys or what... no concern for customers welfare but I wasn't surprised after sales as good as before sales!!! wouldn't touch them with a barge pole and definitely not recommend them!
