Superfast perscription delivery
Extremely happy with super fast delivery. Cheapest I could find on web by a long way. As long as the prices stay this great I'll be getting my dogs perscription drugs from VetMed Supplies from now on.

Product was just what we wanted
The cow we bought the Agger's pump set for got better the day after I ordered it! However it will be very useful for the next time we have a downer cow or hopefully we won't need it as our cows won't get ill - wishful thinking! Agger's must be the best pump to buy as it's the same as that used by our vets. Thank you.

First class service and good prices - what more can you ask for.
I needed some help with my order as I wanted to get the product next day so I phoned and they were really helpful. They checked they had what I wanted in stock, gave me advice on delivery and I placed the order over the phone. The product arrived the next morning. I've used VetMed several times now and they've always been good with both service and prices. I can't fault them and will happily recommend them.

Efficient service: a company I'll use again.
I was delighted that my order arrived, as I had feared it was a dodgy site from the quality of the web design. It always makes me nervous when there are pages that look like they aren't displaying properly or look like I could have done better design myself. I had no need to fear however, as I very quickly heard from them regarding the animal the product was intended for and as soon as I'd completed my bit, the order was dispatched. I will definitely be ordering from myvetmeds again because I got what I needed, when I needed it. I would however, recommend some work on the quality of the website.

Outstanding service and cheap
My cat has a long term illness which requires prescription meds, my vet gives me a prescription, I fax it to Vetmeds and they fulfill it, it's simple and saves me about 50% of what the vet charges on the same meds and they usually turn up next day. My only problem is that occasionally I go through to the answering service who take my number and someone rings me back within half an hour. Nice people, cheap and efficient.

First rate service
I wasn't even sure that what I was after (sunscreen for dogs) actually existed, so was highly impressed by the knowledgeable & helpful sales assistant on the phone; the goods arrived very quickly after.

Prompt and polite service.
Easy to order from, fast dispach and delivery and quick and polite communication, will use again. The only reccomendation i have is that it would be easier and quicker if the purchaces that needed questions answering before item is sent out (like the horse wormers) prompted you to do so at time of payment as some people would not check their email straight away and this would delay the order.

Best Price available for on-line vet meds
I found the ordering process easy. I was a bit disappointed that , although I had ordered the meds on Friday, I had to phone on Thursday the following week to be told they were being sent out that day. I had to upgrade delivery to 1st class to ensure receiving them. I was told that one of them had not been in stock immediately, but the website policy was to inform customers of this and for some reason this had not happened.
Overall, I'll just make sure that I order in plenty time to allow for similar delays.

slow delivery
The tablets were the cheapest, but took 4 days to arrive. Even though i had emailed a copy of prescription at time of order (Sunday) and posted the original the next morning (Monday) they didnt arrive until Thursday. Quite dissapointed.

My beloved cat is ill and we needed help
Our much loved cat is 15 years old and has suddenly developed kidney disease.
He's had numerous tests carried out by the vet which has cost us a fortune. Eventually it became obvious what was wrong with him and the vet prescribed Fortekor tablets, which do seem to have helped a lot. However, he charged us £27.90 for 28 tablets which is almost £1 per tablet. We got them from Vetmeds for £19.90 for 56 tablets. What a saving!!! Even with the vet's charge of nearly £13 for the prescription that makes a total of £32.90 for 56 tablets which is only an extra £5 for twice the number of tablets.
The delivery was very prompt and the telephone staff very friendly and helpful. We shall certainly use them for everything we need in future.

Difficult and Challenging
I decided to try to save a few pounds by buying the dog's medication on-line. It was a nightmare and it didnt end up saving me any money either! the website was really difficult to navigate and although I thought I had placed an order, I found an email several hours later saying I had not completed the transaction. I went back on the website and got in some kind of loop, in the meantime to try to resolve it I rang the telephone number which was really hard to find in the first place and then they didnt answer when I phoned it! eventually I managed to complete the transaction, only to find a voicemail on my landline when I got home hours later to say the flipping prescription was 'out of date' - I had bought it from the vet last September, but as his skin allergy improved I decided to wait until it flared up again in Spring (now). I had already paid so I had to go back to the vet and although neither the vet or I could see any expiry date on the script, he kindly issued a new one free of charge. I then had the horrible job of scanning and emailing the new script and on the advice of the vet altered the order to get all 3 tubes of the cream at once to avoid the new script being deemed void before we needed the other tubes. This made a mockery of saving money, as it would have been less to fork out all at once going through the vet and 'paying as you go' so not only was it difficult and unpleasant it worked out expensive all at once. I will not be repeating the experience.

If there is a problem, however, our phone number (0117 230 2409) is in large blue letters in the centre of out homepage; if all the phone lines are tied up when a customer calls, their call is put through to an answering service so we can call them straight back as soon as a member of the team is free - we think this is better than leaving customers stuck "on hold" while we deal with someone else's order.
Unfortunately, all UK prescriptions expire 6 months after the date they are issued - this is a matter of UK law, not our policy.

Excellent price and rapid delivery
My cats need a special diet prescribed by the vet. This will be long term and very expensive. The price of various suppliers seems to fluctuate wildly but VetMeds has maintained a good low price and free delivery for a bulk order for several months now. Delivery is wothin a couple of days of ordering. I recommend this suppliet wholeheartedly.

Superb. Everything an internet retailer should be: simple and easy and friendly.
I wanted Ivermectin to control lice in my pet pigs. Their website made it very easy to find and order what I wanted. I received a quick courtesy email from their vet a few minutes later and my order was then dispatched and arrived promptly, well packaged.

Easy ordering with fast delivery.
An easy to navigate around site. Quick delivery and nice little discounts as well. I also love the way you can collect bonus points. Have been ordering medication for my dog from this site for over a year now and so far I have neer had any complaints.
