They can save you a small fortune!
VetMed supplies are always very helpful, they reply promptly to emails and their products are sent out within days. The best of all is they save you a small fortune on what your vet would sell you, all you need is a prescription from your vet. Up until just resently I wasn't aware that I could purchase the drugs other than from my vet. I strongly recommended you buy from MyVetMed, I have already told lots of my friends!

Excellent products, efficient service and knowledgeable staff.
I recommend VetMed Supplies for all your equine products - I was given their email address by a friend who was finding it increasingly hard to meet the cost of medication needed for her horse. When I ordered Equine Cosequin it arrived the next day and was the best price I have ever paid for the joint supplement. Since then I have ordered other medication which needed a prescription and this was handled in a very experienced and efficient way. They really deserve a 5 star recommendation as I can't fault their service.

Excellent service and product.
I was slightly hesitant about using an online vet supplies firm for my cat's medication as there's no way of telling whether you're buying the genuine article. However this is the second time I've bought from VetMed Supplies and my cat has been checked by our vets and blood tested so we know the medication is the real deal and doing its job. The service is fast and efficient and the medication much cheaper than buying from our vets, even with the a prescription. I'm happy and the cat's happy. I'll be using this service regularly.

Amazed
I have a dog who suffers from epilepsy; and he used to receive medication from a local vets that we took him to, but due to the recession and personal things happening within the family, we couldn't afford his medication. I then went online a couple of weeks later and found the vetmed supplies, I was amazed to see how much cheaper they were to buy; than going to the local vets. I placed my first order with vetmed supplies, and within four days I received my dogs tablets. I am happy to say that I am going to keep using this website, as I am happy with my orders that I have placed; and I would recommend this site to anyone who needs supplies for there pets; but without the pricetag of a vets.

Very nice and efficient service
I live abroad (out of UK) and could not find the medicament suggested by my veterinary for my pet!

Bad experience, but helpful people
I did have a bad experience with vetmed. I ordered a product on december, 4th and today it is december, 28th and I still don't have the product. However, the customer services are doing what they can to solve my problem.

Great comms and great price.

speedy service, easy to navigate through the website, will be using again.
It's easy to use, I got a paper prescription from the vet, I filled out the order online including the payment, which is much cheaper than my vets. As my cat will permanently be on his tablets this was my best option. I then emailed a copy of the prescription & once they had verified this they dispatched my order straight away. They kept me up to date with the delivery process. I also spoke to a member of the team over the phone who were very friendly and explained fully as to what I needed to do.

I used VedMed to purchase Myoplast for Jet my 17 year old Dales Cross Horse
I have been purchasing Myoplast from my Vet since 2009 on his reccomendation that it would help him build and keep muscle especially through the winter. I was pleased to find this month that I could make the purchase from VedMed at a cheaper price.
VedMed are an easy company to deal with and order from online. From Payment to delivery I was promised 3 to 5 days and in fact it arrived in two days.

All went really well until we had to communicate !
Placed the order which totaled over £300 , but no one seemed to want to speak to me or email me. The meds did show up very quickly and a message was left on my answer machine in the end. But there were a few moments that left we wondering if any one was in! My order wasn't straight forward re prescriptions and it was urgent.

Disappointing service
I recently ordered three items from my vet meds all were in stock according to the website. I paid for express delivery so I could have my goods quickly. It took a week. And meanwhile I had to order from elsewhere to feed my diabetic cat!

As soon as the owner notified us of the delay, we refunded her shipping cost and gave her a voucher for money off any future orders.
All I can do further is to apologise for the error in our system, which has now been corrected.

Excellent service
I was searching the internet for a DAP collar and plug in to try and help my neurotic dog through the firework season. I found that VetMed seemed to be the cheapest. I was amazed and delighted when the products arrived the following day, all just as I had ordered and they'd even included a little reflective disk and light that attaches to a dog collar (which, incidentally has been great in the dark morning walks!!). I was very impressed with the service.
Now, if I was to review the DAP products, that's a different matter.....didn't notice the slightest bit of difference sadly. Ah well. Live and learn.....

Very reliable, trustworhty and offer extremely competitive prices
1st time user, bit concerned as never ordered meds for dog on line before. the company rang me to check the prescription, all went well, meds received in good order and at a rate no other online service offered, we saved over £100 by using this company and I would recommend to anyone.
