We had a card delivered, which said we missed the delivery,the card has no name on it and none of the tick boxes have been filled. I mean how hard is it to choose and tick a box for heavens sake. On calling the number and entering said reference number which is not recognised, it is only 8 numbers long you end up in circles no person if you input wrong nothing. The system does not even send you to a human if you cant get it right. Worryingly though, when i changed the last number i did manage to re book someone else's delivery. This company is shockingly inept.
