Excellent service, product and price - love it!!
Customer service is more than happy to help with anything - very friendly. Delivery was accurate and easy. I assembled the corner sofa in a few hours and was more than pleased with the results - none of my friends believe the price OR that I built it. Thanks Nabru :)

Brilliant Consept.
On delivery, I were worried we'd bitten off more than we could chew. I decided to just have it delivered, and we could assemble it ourselves. And of course we chose a larger than normal, corner sofa bed. 3.76m x 2.52. And it arrived in Soooo many pieces!
It did take a good three hours for two people to assemble, and language wasn't always choice........... But the sense of achievement at the end, was great. (I would say, if the backing boards could be inserted into the cushions before delivery, that would make things a lot easier. These are very tight and I was worried that the fabric would rip.)
The sofa is extremely strong, very comfortable and the piped covers finish it off perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase.

Great sofa which is very comfortable, however some minor quibbles over the setup.
The sofa is great, large and comfortable and looks awesome in the living room. the Faux leather fabric is of good quality and i even like the options of having replacement fabrics ready for order, as its all modular, a damaged piece can be replaced at a fraction of the cost a full re-fab would be.
some minor issues around its setup, i found the task of fitting the wooden headboards into their slots a little hard, but nothing a few more minuets of effort didn't fix. i would advise two people set it up, as i found it difficult with one. over all, excellent product ad i have already advised my friends.

Excellent product and so easy to assemble
I couldn't believe how easy it was for the sofa to be put together. It hardly took any time because everything slotted in and no tools were needed. The finished product looks good, feels comfortable and is extremely sturdy. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Very good service , put together very quickly!!
Leo, the guy who delivered and put together the corner suite , was very polite and worked very hard , he put the couch together in around 40 minutes , and I was very pleased with the finished product ,very comfy and good storage !

Comfort, Quick delivery and would recomend assemble!
I ordered a two tone (black base with Max Mink seats) 2x2 corner sofa bed and I'm really pleased with it, it's really comfortable, it looks great in my stylish flat and matches my colour scheme perfectly!
I'm glad I paid extra for it to be assembled, as I could not believe how many pieces it came in & some pieces are quite heavy too.
I have and will again recommend Nabru to my friends and family!

Great communication, fast delivery!
I have only had the sofa bed for two weeks but so far all is good. It is a massive 199cm in length sofa, comfortable, stylish and excatly as advertised. I haven't used it as a bed yet but it looks comfortable and strong enough. So far I am happy, and I have been extremely satisfied with the good communication and the prompt delivery as promised. Price was very reasonable, good service and hopefully the sofa bed will last for a few years!! I would definitely recommend Nabru to friends!

fantastic sofa
I love my new six seater corner sofa .only one hiccup I ordered a the wrong sided unit its left or right as you stand and look at the sofa not as you sit on it oops! but this was easily rectified the driver took back the facia ( material) as it was stitched for a left corner seater and not a right seater that I needed, the next day I received a phone call to check the replacement and I received the piece next morning, brilliant! everyone thinks my sofa was much more than it was as I have a very spacious living room the sofa looks huge. Customer service is great all friendly helpful staff I paid the extra to have sofa assembled was all done within an hour by a friendly helpful delivery man.i have spread to the word to my family and friends as they are all impressed with my gorgeous sofa. I had hours of fun designing my sofa on line rearranging the design till I was satisfied with the final decision.

Great sofa, excellent price - but I only bought a) because I could visit the show room and touch & feel the options and b) because there was a lovely woman who helped me do the online ordering, when I went to the office in Uxbridge.
I live in Central London and went to Uxbridge to sit on the couches - which was great. But if there hadn't been a helpful person there - who would actually do the online order for/with me - I'd've still walked away. As I don't really trust myself to get online ordering "Right" - especially when I'm spending nearly £500 quit.
But thankfully - a nice woman there helped me - completed, and explained everything in a kind and courteous and informative way -- so that I trusted the procedure.
In addition - the man who came and assembled my sofa was polite, courteous and fast, and showed me how to get undo the mattress. He was equally smashing.

Excellent Sofa that fits
Excellent Sofa and is probably about the only one that would have fitted in our house which has really narrow doorways.
Had it a couple of weeks and love it.
Only thing that was a tiny bit disappointing is that you have to do the ScotchGuarding yourself and you are left with cans of ScotchGuard to do it.
Maybe it was in the small print and I missed it.
Otherwise it is great.

Very happy with sofa
The sofa is perfect it is exactly as we specified, we could chose the design, the colour, the material and even the size of the arms. There was one part missing when it arrived but this was delivered the next day

Good service, Hate the sofa
Bought a sofa from Nabru. Service was good and delivery was on time.
I hate the sofa though. It feels cheap and I wish I could send it back. It creaks as if its going to fall apart and I should have just spent a extra 50 quid to get a real sofa. Forget moving it because it barely stays together where we painstakingly assembled it.

Versitile hardwaring furniture, excellent service .
This the second sofa we have bought from Nabru, having been so pleased with the one we aquired and the service we received one year ago. Within two days of ordering, the sofa was delivered, assembled and everyone admires it. My son has just bought one from a well known firm, three times the price, but I prefer ours, (I think he does too....secretly!)

Excellent service and product quality is even better than hoped for.
We moved into a first floor flat and could not fit the sofa we had up the staircase. We looked at flat pack options including ikea, but we liked that the Nabru sofas looked substantial and fairly easy to put together. This has been the case, and our sofa is very comfortable. The 2.5 seater allows space for 3 people, and when we move out we can take the arms off and move it elsewhere. We were very impressed with the design and the ease that we put the sofa together, would use again and recommend to others.

FANTASTIC! Both service and quality of the sofa - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM
I went to the showroom which was a bit of a journey for me but it was well worth it - I completely changed my mind on the colour and also it helps to gauge how it will look, what the sides are like etc eg I was going to get low sides but changed to high as it was comfier for laying / leaning !
Also, i ordered on Tuesday and it came on Thursday!!! I paid the extra for assembly and i am glad I did as the guy (who was very efficient, polite etc) did it and made it look easy but I don't think I could have done it, well maybe but it probably would have taken hours and a lot of stress!!! He did it in less than an hour and I got a big corner sofa
I also got storage underneath each seat which is so handy and filled already but very useful

This is how sofa buying should be!
I ordered my 3x3 corner sofa after visiting the showroom in Uxbridge and having all my questions/concerns answered there and then. I could have had delivery as quickly as 2 days later!
I paid the small fee to have it assembled and the delivery driver phone1 hour before arriving which cut the amount of disruption to my day.
Within 45 mins of arriving, it was all done! The sofa looks great and the driver was very friendly and took all the packaging away with him.
The fact that I could tailor the sofa to exactly as I wanted it was brilliant.
I cannot recommend Nabru enough - I have told all my friends and family to forget the highstreet retailers and look at Nabru instead.

Excellent service
I did not think it was possible to order a sofa bed of my choice with a fabric selection and receive within 2 days I thought it was a mistake however I was wrong it came! Could not believe it would recommend this company to anyone.

Appalling customer service!
We ordered our 3 seater sofa from Nabru and paid £35 for it to be delivered on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend. When it was unpacked the 2 connectors were missing, we phoned and requested they were sent by courier, that day. We were basically told it was tough, the factory was shut for the weekend and they would send them on Tuesday. They were rude and unhelpful. No one returned our calls apart from one man who was driving up the motorway with his radio blasting out, who told us not to worry the sofa is held together with fabric and foam! We were offered £50 compensation for all the hassle we had had. We weren't overly happy about this.
Roll on to today, we receive a phone call telling us the connectors will leave at 4 o'clock, and they will refund our delivery fee. We asked what about the £50 they offered on Saturday, they said they weren't going to give us that any more and if we don't like the £35 then they'll come and take the sofa back!
The attitude of the staff totally lets the place down. The sofa is lovely, but really and truthfully it's not worth the hassle of buying from them!

1. MISSING CONNECTORS – clearly these shouldn’t have been missing and we apologised for this error on Saturday. We advised you at the time that these parts were not vital to the build and stability of the sofa and that you should build and use the sofa until we could send out the parts (in 2 or 3 days as it was the middle of the bank holiday weekend) when it would only take a minute or two to fit them.
2. COMPENSATION – you were offered a refund of the delivery fee which of course should happen given that we have made an error.
3. CONTACT WITH STAFF – you spoke with the lady working in the office on the Saturday but weren’t happy with what she had to say and requested to speak with someone else. One of our colleagues who was travelling with his family on his day off called you but you complained that he was travelling and you couldn’t hear him so we had a third colleague also on their day off call you, we are uncertain what more we could have done.
4. DELIVERY OF MISSING PARTS – as you are outside of our delivery driver catchment area we had the missing connectors delivered to you as soon as was possible, however, as mentioned previously the sofa was perfectly safe to build and use in the meantime.
5. REFUND - we also offered you the option of a refund as this seemed the most sensible way forward as you complained to us about the missing connectors (understandably), our staff, our product, the compensation we offered

Excellent
We ordered the Xan 2x2 corner sofa in Holland Pewter. We arranged delivery for the 2/5/13, and asked Nabru to assemble is for us (after having a nightmare with SCS we didn't want the hassle of building it!) The two delivery drivers turned up around 5:30pm, and were gone by 5:45pm! They were so fast it was unbelievable. Nice guys, took their shoes off. They put the sofa together like it was the most simple thing on earth, I'd say its definitely worth paying extra for the assembly, as it saves you a lot of hassle.
The sofa itself is the perfect size, the colour is great, and is comfortable!! It is fairly firm at the moment, but Nabru says it will soften up after some use which is fine. It's so sturdy, it seems like its going to last for years.
For the price we paid, we are so so pleased, and would definitely recommend Nabru to anyone. Perfect solution instead of waiting weeks for overpriced sofas from the big companies. To be able to get a sofa after a few days is amazing! Don't delay, order today! You won't regret it.

Fast and efficient... and comfy
Arrived perfectly on time. Built on my own in less than an hour (including sofabed). Comfy seats and reasonably comfy bed (spent 5 nights on it when family came to stay, a million times more comfortable than an air bed). Overall great service.

fantastic will recommend to everyone
Order process very easy to understand. was worried what the sofas would look like as so much cheaper than the shops.
Delivery very easy, driver very polite. Two of us making two sofas took one hour 15minutes. first one took the longest as was reading the instructions, second one easy as so straightforward to make. had so many compliments on how comfortable and good the sofas look.
lets see if they withstand the daily use and 6 kids lol. so far so good.

Does what it says on the tin
Had to purchase a sofa from Nabru following a move of house and being unable to get my much loved, very expensive old sofa in through the door
I went to the Nabru showroom first so I knew exactly what I was going to get.
Ordering, speed of delivery and assembly absolutely first class service.
The sofa looks ok and is of acceptable quality and comfort for the low price paid.
I would cetainly recommend them if you are in a situation where a conventional sofa cannot be delivered

Very helpful staff & a lovely comfortable sofa.
The staff at Nabru were very helpful. The driver who delivered the sofa was very courteous & when we noticed that one of the cushion covers had a slight tear, he said that he would report that straight back to the office. This he duly did & another cushion cover was sent out first class the very next day. Excellent customer service all round. Thank you very much for a great sofa!

Suprisingly Good Product!
I ordered a Wide 2 Seater Sofa Bed, with Low, Wide arms and the softer seating option.
The product arrived on the requested day and in the right time slot, so this was ideal too, as it was in the middle of me moving home and worked around other bookings that were made.
The assembly was much easier than expected, with the Sofa Bed mechanism, there were only 4x Bolts to be fitted, everything else requires no tooling whatsoever and just slots together. I had read some reviews suggesting that fitting the Fabric coverings, especially over the arms, would be difficult. However, although the covers are tight fitting, we actually found them pretty simple. In fact, the whole sofa was built and in use within 1.5hrs of Delivery, and I built it alone.
The Sofa was a little firm for the first couple of days, but is softening up nicely, and also, at 6'3" tall, it is also wide enough for me to lay out flat on it and use the well padded arms as headrests!
Overall, a good product (especially for the price) - I would definitely buy again from Nabru, and am actually considering doing so for a smaller sofa to give us more seating area.

A really good value way to get a bespoke sofa
I really enjoyed being able to pick the exact right sofa for our needs - we had a very specific space to fill and needed only one arm, and Nabru was the only place that had a broad enough range of options to meet our requirements. And it was very good value compared to the other options out there.
The self-assembly instructions were a little bit hard to follow, probably because they'd been programmatically put together depending on all your different options and add-ons - so they lacked a little bit of human common sense. But having said that, I'm pretty poor at DIY and I still managed to get it all together in an hour or two without any real issues. (Or if you value your time more than I do, you could pay the extra £25 to get it assembled for you)

Good
The sofa looks really good and is very comfortable, but it wasn't that easy to fit the boards inside the cushions. I understand that they are really tight so the fabric doesn't crease but there was one of the cushions that I couldn't do it properly at all.
One note, customer service over the phone it could get better….they are just too abrupt!
But very happy overall!

Great Sofa - Really pleased!
I am really pleased with the sofa I brought from Nabru, it is really good quality and good value as well. The only reason I havent given it 5 stars is that as I live in Exeter the assembly service or delivery to the room was not available and so it was delivered on a pallet to outside the communal door of the flats.
Assembly was time-consuming, but doable with the most difficult bit putting the wooden boards in the very tight fitting cushions.

Fantastic, buy your sofas from this company
I hummed and haaed about buying a build your own sofa but living in a victorian house it was impossible to buy a conventional corner sofa at any furniture supplier, from dfs, furniture village, cargo, john lewis etc. tried them all as was desperate to have a corner sofa bed in room on first floor. Then I happened upon Nabru, very clear site, asked for samples of materials, arrived promptly. Ordered, free delivery and opted for installation £45 ....bargain, fitter was prompt, polite, efficient. Sofa fab, can't rate them highly enough and have been telling everyone I know all about them. Will order again for sure
