Online ordering was a breeze, and got a call next day to arrange for delivery the following day. Unfortunately, the local depot let the Nabru service down by not even contacting me to say they couldn't deliver on the day, when I'd already taken a day off work. Whilst this was not Nabrus fault, they handled my query with this and a couple of comments about the site very professionally, through a number of emails and a phonecall today. The test of a good company is not just when things go smoothly, but it's how they deal with things when something goes wrong, and I can say Nabru passed that test. Oh, and by the way assembly was very easy
