Brilliant
Fast delivery, and great service. Nature Shop always give a good personal customer service if I have questions before I buy. So far never had any problems to query after purchase. Great choice and like to take advantage of the offers. I love this top, good quality and great merino wool that you can wear for days without any odour. I'm a great fan of Icebreaker. Like the inbuilt bra support just want some nicer weather to be able to wear it more. Nice pattern!

customer service second to none
I ordered the slippers just before Christmas, and after a few wearings they developed a fault, I contacted the nature shop and was asked to submit a photo of the fault, which was duly done. The lady at the end of the phone for customer services was called Josie, she resolved the problem and a new pair of slippers were despatched and received all within 7 days,
Problem, sorted with the minimum fuss and excellent customer service, have bought from nature shop before and will do so again I like their ethics and quality of product.

Great products and good prices
I love Icebreaker products and very please with some of the prices that Natureshop offers. On this occasion I was unlucky and the item I purchased has sold out at the main warehouse, but Natureshop happily found an alternative item. Overall very pleased, especially when there is a sale!

Great buying experience

Fantastic price on my order with very prompt delivery.
I was very happy with my order from Nature Shop as I found the item I wanted at a better price than anywhere else I looked on the net. The speed of delivery was also excellent. Definatley a site I would recommend and, will use again.

Excellent service
I have made two or three purchases from Natureshop and had excellent service including making a product query via e-mail for which I received a prompt and helpful reply. This was in relation to their very good range of Icebreaker clothing (which is excellent). The items once ordered came through very quickly. I would have no reservations in recommending Natureshop to anyone.

Never disappoints. Service impeccable everytime
I have brought many things from Nature shop - whether it be for myself or my kids. Not once have a felt disappointed to let down. Quick shipping and great quality.

More excellent Icebreaker stuff.
I bought this for my boyfriend who loves Icebreaker and is a very active type person, so loves functional, good quality clothing. The sizing is always a little small, in my opinion. Rather than the usual XL for my 6'3" boyfriend, we just go up to a XXL for most things, otherwise the sleeve length tends to be short.
The hoodie is lightweight, warm and looks smart. Very happy.

Excellent service
This is the 3rd pair of Merrell barefoot shoes I have bought from this company , I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends , great web site , great delivery service and great price.....the shoes also are brilliant ...can't imagine wearing anything else again !

Amazing Service - every time I use Nature Shop it is a great shopping experience!!!
I can't compliment them enough. I have bought items on 2 or 3 occasions from Nature Shop and each time the whole process has been a joy. Easy website, up to date availability, the shopper is updated on delivery times. I have had to return an item (not faulty, just the wrong size) and the customer service is always great. Basically, one of the best online shops I use (and I do most of my shopping online!). Fabulous!!!

Great Quality, Great Service
The order placed came very quickly and was received in good time, the website is easy to manage and find your way around. The product itself is very high quality, I would recommend it to everyone. Finally, an environmentally based clothing shop!
I don't recall what I used to wear before receiving my Icebreaker Breeze dress because it is what I have been wearing most of the time since it arrived a few months ago. It is extremely comfortable, versatile and easy to care for. It washes beautifully, but does not need frequent laundering because it really does breathe and stay fresh on its own. Travelling light is possible with item. Another thing I like about the Icebreaker brand is the ID number found on the inside tag. You can enter it into the Icebreaker Website and learn about where the garment originated. How wonderful to feel my clothes have an ethically and environmentally sustainable origin. The Nature Shop gives us a chance to exercise our consumer power: together, our daily choices matter at all scales of wellbeing - from individual to planetary. Furthermore, the Customer Service is consistently friendly, prompt and helpful. The Nature Shop will be the first place I look when I need something new. I am eagerly awaiting the Spring Collection to arrive.

I was very happy to find you online when I needed a bithday present for my daughter and wouldn't hesitate to shop with you again.
I had been looking everywhere for a pair of UGG or Emu boots for my daughters birthday as she had asked for them. After days of trawling the net and becoming a little disheartened at the price these boots cost, I happened on the link for the Nature Shop, clicked on and, imagine my surprise when there before me was a list of Emu boots at very affordable prices. I was thrilled. Needless to say I immediately put in an order, processing went off without a hitch and delivery was smooth and fast, which isn't always the case when things come from the Uk to Ireland. My daughter was delighted with her new boots, and add to that I was also able to get them in a nice indigo blue colour which was unusual and more important, trendy. Thank you.

Disappointed items were not available that were advertised on web site and wrongly priced.
I have used the excellent services of Nature Shop a few times and have had prompt and friendly service. Unfortunately my last order was delayed due to the items not being available although advertised on the web-site. Also on a previous order the items on the web site were wrongly priced. eg.

I've used Nature Shop for a few years now & have purchased a number of different products from them. I can't fault the customer service, advice & assistance from the team there who have been extremely friendly & helpful every time I've placed an order or made an enquiry.
With regard to the Icebreaker products, they're the best! I've replaced nearly all of my fleeces with Icebreaket baselayer, midlayer & outer layers & can't praise them highly enough. I spend a huge amount of time outdoors, climbing, cycling, trekking & working, & Icebreaker does everything I need it to without fuss & it is exceptionally comfortable & easy to care for.
Nature Shop is always my first & only choice for all my outdoor clothing & footwear needs!

Great service and great value for money
Nature shop has always provided great customer service, good value for the products, and quick delivery. I was very happy with the speed at which my order was processed and despatched, which of course is great as then I get my lovely new clothes quicker.
