The quality of the icebreaker products - as always - was excellent. One issue however was that the leggings ordered were different from those actually sent. Not significantly so, but a different weight of merino fabric. However, the response times when I queried this were good. More care should be taken with this, but the end product was still impressive. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the Chaco boots. Having had very very good experience with Chaco sandals I decided to try the leather boots, but after only casual wear over 2-3 months, the material on the inside was already wearing off and I had to get them repaired. This is disappointing from such a brand - especially one that brands themselves as good for the environment and with long-lasting products.
Searching the internet for sheepskin boots, came across a great website Natures Shop where at the time was great discounts of this type of boots. Enjoyed the fact that there was free shipping and super fast.

I purchased the Sorel Cozy Joan winter boots from Nature shop and have hardly taken them off for two months!! I love them!! And so does everyone else, had Soo many comments. They are everything I was looking for, Really unusual, made of insulated felt, with a fur lined top and cute stitching down the back. They also support your foot really well with the super comfortable removable padded liners inside. My feet stay really toasty and they are also easy to slip on with the little side handles round the fur top. These are the best winters boots I've ever had and can definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a winter boot that have something special about them and are super comfy and warm too!!
I would highly recommend Nature Shop to anyone of my friends- as I actually have many many times. This store has high quality products with unbeatable prices. The shopping experience has always been easy and smooth with zero problems so no complaints there.
Delivery could be itsy bit quicker (since the products are soooo amazing you wouldn't want to wait a minute longer than necessary), but the delivery times are well within reasonable limits so that's not a problem for me either.
A few years ago I placed my first order with Nature Shop, it was super fast and reliable then and it's the same now. I placed my order yesterday and today I got confirmation that it was shipped and how long it would take. Besides having great service they also have very competitive prices especially on Sales! Unfortunately, the first Snug Lisa slippers I bought were defective. After using them a couple of times, the front of the slipper got unsewed and the top leather got detached from the sole. It was clearly a defect in the product. I just had to email the pictures and they were promptly substituted with another pair of slippers of my choice! Customer Support was great, very fast replies, very kind and professional. My new slippers (Decorpele backless) are very very nice. They fit perfectly and are very warm. The wool inside is not too thick (as in the Snugs ones) so they are very comfortable to wear. Thanks Nature Shop for the great service! I'll definitely buy again from your shop!
I was given an Icebreaker mid-layer for Christmas and was so impressed with it I decided to get a base layer. The prices at Nature Shop were good so I got a bit carried away and bought 3! They are superb - versatile so I use them for work and in the great outdoors, amazingly unbulky, and surprisingly soft (my initial worry was that they might be a bit tickly). Since then I have recommended them to all my friends, along with Nature Shop as the best place to get them - I just hope they followed my advice!
Previously bought from Nature Shop without problems. However, responded to an email advertising up to 80% off certain items. Was initially pleased to see a pair of shoes that I had looked at before at 50% off and in drop down menu in my size. I quickly snapped them up and keenly awaited their arrival. This is where the problems started! I was sent the wrong size, I flagged this up via support@natureshop to be told that I had ordered the wrong size. They sent me a screen grab that did not correspond to the confirmation email that had been sent-which by the way clearly demonstrated that I was telling the truth. I pointed this out and their response was that the shoes only came in full sizes and whether I wanted a smaller size? Er no! I want a pair that actually fitted and corresponded to my order. I went back to the original email which still showed a pair of these shoes in half sizes. They then said it must have been a mistake on the order confirmation, I don't think so as the confirmation email was exactly what I had contracted with them to deliver. This begins to verge on mis-representation and a "mission" failure i.e. not a"superb customer experience". As internet shopping requires an element of trust between buyer and seller I would suggest that people be extremely circumspect when using this company, since if there is a problem the policy appears to be "blame the customer"
