My Snugs Tallulah Chestnut slippers are the warmest, cosiest and overall snuggliest slippers I have ever owned. In all the snow and rain we've had over the last few months, coming home, taking off my wet work shoes, and putting on my snugs 'cos my toes were freezing, was the best!
PS The Nature Shop is fab too - the first pair of these I ordered had a slight split in the seam; I had no problem in getting a replacement pair within three days. Thank you again.
I was directed to the company by a fellow cyclist, I was looking for base layers but then to my huge excitement I spotted that Icebreaker have started making a hoody that I had a few years ago but lost. With a great discount it was the same price as 2005 :)
I then saw that I could upgraded the delivery if I spent another £3 ( a pair of socks?) but ended up ordering a gorgeous pair of discounted boots. Whoops how did that happen!!

Bought pair of slippers as xmas present for wife, she stated that although they were very nice that they were not really for her.
I noticed a pair of trainers that I liked and an exchange was done wit no fuss or problems at all.
Natureshop it awesome online shop with great costumer service. I am very satisfied with an effort they put into making their costumers happy. I ordered the boots that were out of stock and they immidiately contacted me and offered me other models of boots for the same price as the ones i wanted, lady went to lot of troubles to find right number and color of the boots that were my second choice. I am very gratefull for refund of the fee that i had to pay the government for importing them in my country. All in all, i have only good things to say about natureshop. I will definitely order again and spread the good voice :)
The shop has lots of great stuff that I wouldn't be without especially at this time of year, I have a rosy glow when everyone else is shivering. Maybe I am recommending it to too many people as I am finding it difficult to get what I want these days. Also icebreaker size chart mysteriously changed so will need to ring to check rather than reorder the sizes I already have! Service is good though. Jill
I had heard of icebreaker products and a search on the internet showed me that nature shop handled these products. My interest was secured when I saw that there was a 10% discount and free shipping on each order. My order itself was processed speedily and acknowledged and despatch advised. Within a couple of days my purchase was being unwrapped and I am totally pleased with my purchase - so much so that I immediately ordered another one !

Delivery took a while, but it's the fault of the New Year break, and unfortunately the post office in my town ... but nevermind :) The shoes are great, came in perfect condition, worth any price, the first of which actually heat my feet, I could be all dressed in mine Emu in Polish frosty winter, from head to toe :) I wholeheartedly recommend natureshop.com !

We love Keen sandals but can't get them here. They are comfy, wide, slip-proof and durable. We looked everywhere online and stumbled upon nature shop. Cool! Only negative (which is not really), was that I wanted some my size but they were out of stock, sadly, this meant that we didn't qualify for free shipping but the shipping was very reasonable anyway.

i am satisfied by the way natureshop responds to my mail but i made an order on 6th december and shipping was on 7th december.
i wanted those boots for my christmas winter holidays but untill now (5-1-2013) they haven't arrived!!!!!
in every mail they apologised and two days ago they sent me a similar pair because the first i ordered is out of stock,anyway i am satisfied by the support and the way they try to make up but i still have no boots!!!
hopefully my boots will arive soon.....

Nature Shop apologised quickly and tried to make amends by offering me a more expensive similar item. In every email they apologised for their original error and tried to put things right. 'Go Outdoors' sent me a general email blaming everyone but themselves. Thank you Nature Shop for caring about your customers-much appreciated!
I placed an order for some boots on 3/1/13. I received my order the morning after, having received free delivery. The boots are fantastic and were considerably cheaper than the dealer's offer (approximately £50 cheaper).
This is the first time I have purchased anything from Nature Shop; I will definitely be shopping here more often!
I love my boots! If it hadnt been for a recommendation posted on Facebook I might never have found them. I'd been looking for the perfect pair of brown boots for literally years when I finally came across these Keen knee length lace ups on the Nature shop site in their lovely range. Every time I wear them, someone comments on them. I feel fantastic in them and can wear them with anything without worrying about the worst the Scottish winter can throw at me. I feel as if they will last forever, they're so sturdy. I just think more people should know about them. All the high street shops had been disappointing on all fronts, from design to quality.
This is my first purchase at the store. As a Shine no doubt. We, Russians, are very fond of a walk to the shops and see everything with your own eyes. But the recommendation of my friends, the permanent customers of the shop, and the speed and quality of service of the shop give me confidence that the services I will use constantly. Judge a company by it's service when things go wrong - which happened on my fourth order from Nature shop. Not only did they respond quickly but could not have been more helpful and obliging, way beyond my expectations! Thank you Nature shop. Have just ordered two pairs of slippers making it my fifth and sixth order from them.
Arrived promptly - but when I needed to make an exchange due to a faulty sole in the snow boots it went downhill from there. No exchange notice included in package, so I had to type out a letter explaining what I needed to do. Did try multiple times to call all day, but instead received answer machine saying 'you are calling out of office hours' (on a Friday). Emailed, no response. Left a message on the 'contact us now' button on the website, but there was a 'we'd love to chat another time' message there.
Did get a call the following week and told exchange would be made asap. Note explained I needed the boots to go away ... but am still waiting. Just called now, only to be told you are behind on exchanges. They have been sent out, and fingers crossed will arrive the day before I'm due to go away. Here's hoping...
