It's when things start going wrong, you really can tell a good company from a bad.
Ordered 2 Icebreaker tops worth €200 and when they didn't show up, I emailed the company several times, always getting a response immediately. They asked me to wait another week, waited a total of 3 weeks, which wasn't a problem as I've seen package coming from UK to Denmark go that long.
When it still didn't show up, Natureshop send me a replacement, in 2 shipments even, as one item wasn't in stock, one day apart from each other. Now that's ridiculously good service ;).
