For range and quality of products this is a great vendor. We have used them for 2 years now and have had prompt well packed coffee delivered within 24 hours. However you may need to check the small print and on some obscure web pages for their working 'business days' as we were left short over the new year period thinking January 2nd and 3rd was business as usual. Ordering on Jan 1st in the hope of arriving in 3 days for the weekend - it did not, a backlog of orders during this period created a delay. Normally exceptional service was let down in this instance.
We can only apologise for the delay you experienced. We send out a newsletter pre-Christmas with information on our operating and delivery schedule for the holiday period. We also try to have a blog post on the blog and post information on our social media pages. We also have a 'delivery section' with a link at the top of every page on the site.
However, we realise that you need to go and find this information rather than have it right in front of you, so we have taken your comments on board and will make improvements on the instant visibility of our delivery service schedule during public holidays and other times where our normal delivery service has been altered.
