Ordered sennheiser headphones 19 days ago. Had email 18 days ago saying headphones dispatched. No headphones have arrived. Have sent 3 emails to nicecans asking for a postage update. No response. Called the phone number on the website numerous times and no one answers. Have given up and am have contacted credit card company to lodge disputed transaction claim. Learnt the hard way to take reviews on trust pilot more seriously ( had read the poor reviews before ordering but went ahead with order anyway)
My order has not arrived after four months and many chase emails and I've had no response to my request for a refund/cancellation. It's just not worth trusting this company. Avoid. Simply buy from someone else - at least then you stand a chance of getting what you ordered. Terrible, steer as clear as you can.
I bought some Sennheiser PMX-80's last year. The grills fell out of the phones, so contacted nicecans and received a returns envelope. Sent the phones back with proof of postage and have never heard a thing back. Sent umpteen emails but no replies at all. Bunch of thieving gypsies with no customer service or scruples. Avoid them at all costs!
I have bought an iPhone+iPad dock on this website on 3rd April, send numerous emails and called lots of times; however, I haven't received a single reply nor anyone answering the phone. SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO ASK FOR A REFUND BECAUSE NO ONE WILL BE RESPONDING TO YOUR ORDER!!

Update (15th Jun 12): NiceCans.co.uk has sent 2 emails on 7th June saying they had already dispatched the item. Surprise, surprise, 8 days has passed, still not arrived yet! NiceCans.co.uk, all I ask now is just a refund. I am sick of dealing with this!
It took over a month overall to receive my headphones. I had to contact them numerous times. They never answer the phone and takes them an age to reply to email. It wasn't until I threatened to get my bank involved that the order was delivered!
I placed an order a month ago, they sent an email confirming the order. The money was taken out of my account immediately and an update email promised in 2 days...delivery of the order in 5 days. To date, after emails and calls to the company (all of which have been unanswered) I have not received either the email or the goods I paid for.
Do yourself a favour, pay a little bit more money and order from a company that isn't going to scam you.

Very happy with my purchase, the item was exactly as described, the delivery was sooner than expected and to top it off, I received many emails detailing despatch and estimated delivery dates. I couldn't ask for a better service.
ORDERED LAST SUNDAY WITH EXPRESS DELIVERY, NO ITEM RECIEVED AND NOT REPLYING TO EMAILS OR ANSWERING CALLS. DO NOT USE, I WILL POST REVIEWS ON EVERY REVIEW SITE POSSIBLE TO ENSURE NO ONE ELSE USES THIS AWFUL SERVICE.
Wow, how bad can a company be? My order was taken and I got a confirmation email, was told I'd have an update when the goods shipped, within 2 working days.
5 days later having still heard nothing, I emailed them, no reply. 2 days later I started with the phone calls - I must have tried them 10 times since (over the past week - it's now been 14 days since I placed the order) and they haven't answered once. I've tried calling at different times of the day - no luck. My 3 emails during this period have also gone unanswered.
I can't help feeling like I've been scammed!
How does a company like this survive? Is it even legal? I'm glad I only spent £20 with them! I'll try and get it back through Visa, but I'm not sure if I'll have any joy..
Buyers Beware! Stay away from this horrible excuse for a company.
This is the *Worst* company I have ever dealt with. The service I received was so exceptionally poor that I actually can't even find words to describe it. They are disgustingly poor and I recommend that you leave their site immediately and don't even think twice about re-visiting.
