Ordered two XBox 360 controllers which arrived quickly but not working and with parts missing. Immediately started to telephone and email but two weeks on have received absolutely NO REPLY. I have contacted trading standards and taken legal advice. MY ADVICE WOULD BE PAY THE EXTRA COUPLE OF POUNDS AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
The headphones I ordered as a present for my boyfriend were delivered without a problem. However, broke within the month - we have both tried contacting NiceCans several times but they do not answer their phone or return emails.
Advice to anyone else thinking of purchasing from NiceCans - pay the extra couple of pounds at another company - at least if you have a problem you will be able to get it sorted and you won't totally waste your money!
a totally unacceptable service. i paid for a pair of headphones two weeks and received an email saying goods were dispatched. nothing arrived so i emailed the company twice and have had no reply to either email. i have since phoned the company and was not suprised to be unable to speak to a person but was forced to leave a voicemail and have not been contacted having left my number as requested. ill be sending an email asking for a refund and following this not happening ill be instructing Visa to take action against this company.
Ordered iPad charging stand and received email update the following day saying that it had been dispatched. Unfortunately it had not arrived 15 working days later, despite standard delivery being described as "within 5 working days". My initial attempts to contact NiceCans.co.uk via the form on their website and via email did not receive any response.
However, four days later I did get an email from their complaints department, apologising for the delay and saying that a replacement had been dispatched by 1st class mail, which duly arrived a couple of days later. The box was rather distressed having been sent in just a plastic envelope without any padding, but the product is fine.
I bought the iPhone/iPod USB dock connector and couldn't be happier. In fact having emailed round the office to suggest everyone couldn't possibly be without one, you may suddenly see many more orders! I had previously seen the product elsewhere for the same price (£4.99) but bought from Nicecans as P&P was freeeeeeee! What's not to like?!
Despite no indicated problems at order time or subsequently the indicated 5 day delivery time was 9 to dispatch and a further 6 to delivery. Could be a one off, as the packaging etc and the price were very good.
i bought some sony headphones , they broke within a couple of weeks i sent them back (using the nice cans pre paid label) and asked for a replacement set that was 2 months ago , i'm still waiting for a reply despite numerous emails and calls . i can never get through on their phone lines you leave a message but no one calls /emails you back
