Good service, couldn't track the parcel but arrived safely
The service is good, I used it few times, first time everything was perfect, 2nd time there came different courier/driver, didn't had anything to confirm he took the parcel from me and the tracking didn't work at all! I was stressed till next day when customer came home from work and emailed me she received the parcel - still was no tracking for it. Will use again propably as it's the only chance for me to order DPD till they accept my aplication. I hope I won't have any problems next time.

Stressful and frustrating experience which came right in the end
My initial order with NI Parcels went without hitch. 2nd time was a different matter and was without a doubt one of the most stressful experiences with a courier service. As a small business owner, I do not have time to chase up tasks which I have allocated and paid someone else to do. Nor do I need a lecture on running a business which doesn't collect customer phone numbers. Excessive use of "I can only apologise" negates the apology and makes matters worse. I don't want words I want actions which are going to correct the error. That said I have used the service for a third time as I think everyone deserves the chance to improve on their service. Still waiting for that parcel to be delivered so can't comment on the outcome.

After an initial hiccup all was sorted out and my parcel was delivered promptly .
Paying by paypal made the transaction so much easier. I will definitely use

Absolutely first rate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The service I received was absolutely excellent. It could not be faulted in any way. Indeed, the person to whom I was sending the parcel expressed his amazement at the level of service because he got it much more quickly than is the norm, given that he lives in an out of the way place. Won;t hesitate to come back shoudl i need a parcel delivered again. Hugely impressed!!!!!!!!!!

very good customer service
A big thankyou to Ray i sent a parcel to Newry arrived in Belfast from England the next day then out for delivery with DHL and then the trouble started Although addressed correctly DHL sent it to the wrong address.
Spoke to Ray he said he would sort it and keep me informed and he did just that by 10.30 am the next day it was delivered correctly Ray had kept me informed and my irate customer.
Many thanks
i will use NI parcels again but maybe not DHL.

What can I say - Perfect transaction!

Super efficient service at a low cost.
Would highly recommend NI parcels. My parcel, which was collected from Scotland and delivered to Co. Donegal Ireland in less than 48 hours , up to now it has usually taken anything from 6 to 9 days for deliveries to come from the UK, so I will definitely be using NI parcels again.

Disgrafull an unacceptable
i had a parcel sent from Belfast to Wigan it arrived damaged , it was a £400 pound new TV moving to my new house. i had it wrapped in a duvet then coved in bubble wrap an clearly labelled fragile, when it arrived it the corner was smashed an big cracked appeared up the screen. this is not the first time time my items have been damaged on arrival 4 week previous i had 6 boxes delivered an some of them arrived damaged aswell. am not impressed with the service, will not be using yous's again nor recommend to others . disgracefull

Easy booking
NI Parcels was easy to book online and the printable labels are a great idea.
The actual company sourced to collect and deliver the parcels, let the service down ,DPD. The did not read the address and went to the hotel rather than the address of the offices listed. They proceeded to have quite a bad attitude to our hotel staff who were not associated with the service arranged. They were instructed of where exactly to go, as listed on the booking information and were told that there would be someone waiting for them to hand over the parcels. It should have only taken approximately 3 minutes to get to the correct office, however, they arrived 30 minutes later having kept the person standing waiting.
Following this, NI Parcels telephoned and apologized.

Excellent service....friendly people
This is an excellent service....I have been trading on line for 14 years and I don't remember having service like this from a shipping company in all this time. We sell collectible teddy bears and had an extra large teddy to ship to UK and was having difficulty in getting it there in time and at a reasonable cost. When I phoned I got through to Ray who literally sorted my shipping problem out in minutes. My extra large package was collected is and arrived with my customer two days later who in turn emailed me thanking me for the excellent service.
I certainly would recommend this company to anyone. Definitely 5 Star service !

Excellent service under pressure
We had a package that needed to be delivered to the north of Sweden inside a time period of 4 days from Ireland as the package contained a motorsport gearbox which needed urgent work by an engineer and had to be returned by the following week. Uni baggage and NI parcels ensured that this package was delivered in plenty of time and in pefect condition. I will definitly use this service again!
