friendly efficient and value for money leading to a satisfying experience

Terrific advertising, particularly the detailed videos, to clearly illustrate the brilliant products to their full advantage. Buying on the internet can be problematic - you are often not sure of what exactly you are getting. Not with Oak Furniture Superstore!
Delivery was very quick and efficient. The items that required minimal assembly were soon adorning our dining room.

Fabulous furniture and service
I just want to congratulate you on a fabulous service.
I ordered a piece of furniture on Sunday. It arrived yesterday, very well packaged and by very prompt, courteous delivery drivers. The sideboard itself is beautiful, a real solid piece and a great bargain, just what I was looking for.
Correspondence has been great all the way through and larger stores could do with taking a leaf out of your book. Well done and I wish you every success in future business.

don't look any further.. this is where you buy
i live in a very very small house and had spent weeks & weeks looking for a replacement dining suite that was suitable. I came across this site and there it was, perfect size,colour, but with a slight reservation as you dont really know what to expect.. I was speechless ( am old, that takes some doing), superb service, the quality is just lovely, assembled very quickly and the price could not be beaten anywhere. Oh the bliss of no more trying to get stains out of material seats Am so pleased, had loads of lovely family comments. Cannot recommend this company enough, beats high streets hands down. well done!! Our dining room has been transformed!
Once we had decided to get a new dining table and chairs we set about visiting every furniture store in the area. In most cases we were largely ignored by the sales staff and came away disappointed by the choice which was mostly out of our price range. I thought I'd have a look on the internet and soon found the Great Furniture website. There I saw exactly what I was looking for at a really affordable price. I was amazed that I was asked to choose a delivery date which was great for us as we were able to ask for a date when my husband is at home. We received a text message and a phone call to confirm the date and time. When the set arrived it was easy to assemble and we are delighted with the quality. Good service like this is getting rare these days - thanks again, we are thrilled.

You can't beat solid Oak - warm, tough and gorgeous to look at.
Have recently purchased a Bordeaux Solid Oak Console Table and the Oxford round extending table and two chairs for our newly extended kitchen. Fantastic quality, great service and terrific value for money
Ordered a Bordeaux oak table, Cannes leather chairs and a matching sideboard. Telephone ordering was friendly and helpful. Delivery happened when promised, and the delivery service was excellent. It looks just great in our dining room and friends have already complimented us on our choice, asking where we purchased it. It replaces a veneered oak table that was showing its age. We think this beautiful new solid oak table will out live us! We are strongly recommending the Oak Furniture Superstore to our friends and relatives. We will be back for more pieces!

Fantastic
I am very wary of ordering things on line as I am never very sure about what the items will look like when arrive.
I initially ordered large table and chairs. They look totally fantastic. I then went on to order a sideboard, just beautiful. Dining room never looked so good.

This shop really is a superstore!!!!!
We purchased the Torino round oak table with black leather chairs, and at first was worried about spending a lot of money on the Internet,the pictures on the website were very clear with all the sizing, and we loved the look of it so we thought lets go for it , as we had found nothing that looked as good in the shops.From the moment I ordered we received a email confirming the order, and then a few days later another one asking to pick our time slot, and they arrived within this time may i add! and the two very helpful guys carried the furniture in very carefully. Once we had opened the carefully packaged items, we were so pleased when we saw the quality of the furniture, the table is beautiful and the chairs well made and stunning. Fantastic quality , value and customer service
We bought an oak table and chair set . It was amazing value for money and a quality well made product. The furniture was easy to assemble and looks very sturdy. It was also nice to have an efficient delivery service with an option of delivery dates . Delivery time was great too , no waiting in all day as a 4 hour time slot was given with a phone call 1/2 hr before delivery . Great customer service , would recommend to anyone looking for furniture .

Brilliant Furniture at Fantastic Prices
I wanted a new oak table and four chairs for my new flat I am moving in to. It needed to be one that can be extended and also I love oak so that was a priority for me. I found this great company with truly reasonable prices for the quality of the furniture, I couldn't be more pleased with mine. I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends. The delivery was within the week of the ordered being placed and arrived on time, the delivery men were so polite, efficient and kind which really nice to know as well. Excellent product and service and superb value for money.
Our dining room was due a revamp after 8 years from the last one so change of wall colour and paper introduction of some built in cupboards and new light fittings all went well we even agreed easily on the colour ! Then came the choice of table we knew we wanted an oak table, something fairly chunky and to seat 8. We had a good look round the shops but nothing really stood out, we then went on line and found the Oak Furniture Superstore always a bit apprehensive ordering something of this nature without actually seeing it in up close however we ordered the Madrid table with 8 cream chairs. It was delivered in 5 days from ordering by 2 really nice guys who were very careful in bringing the items in to the house.
When we had set it up we were so pleased with the purchase it was exactly what we had been looking for and could not believe what we had got for the money paid was brilliant value.
After a few coats of Danish Oil to bring the grain out of the oak it is now ready to go, first big family meal this weekend.

Excellent products at a great price
I saw a table and chairs on the website and considered it to be just right for our new kitchen and ordered it on line. However, the only table left was damaged. I received a call straight away explaining new stock was order but would take some time due to it being shipped from overseas. I was offered a refund but declined. There was some delay in receiving the order but I was kept informed of the progress by email. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The delivery process was excellent and I would highly recommend the company and the product.

Very Happy with product and pleasantly surprised by QOS.
They have 100% positive feedback running into many hundreds.
Like all web start-ups these days it pays to do your research. Now I have found them they will be my 1st port of call for all future purchases of Oak Furniture.
The one concern I had was the fact you couldn't view the furniture before buying, but the web site has very good and informative video's, the dimensions are accurate and you can be assured they only sell quality furniture. To visualise the furniture in our home we marked out the area with masking tape to make sure we could accommodate such large and fine pieces.
Delivery was just as professional with the delivery taking place so early I was able to go to work as normal and not have to take the morning off. Obviously they cant promise this for everyone but I'm sure they would try to meet any request.

Buy from this company with confidence
I was a little wary of ordering furniture on line without being able to physically see and touch it beforehand however I was very pleased that when the furniture I ordered arrived it was exactly as I thought it would be. The quality is absolutely excellent with all the products being made from solid oak instead of oak veneers as lots of furniture is these days.
If you need advice before ordering then call the number and speak to the staff and they will assist and advise you. I found them to be very knowledgable of the products and very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales staff at all as some companies seem to use and finally delivery was excatly as it should be, prompt and efficient.
Overall I was very pleased with this company and their products and would certainly reccommend them.

Helpful, friendly service and great value for money
Great quality products at very decent prices. Their service is friendly and very helpful by email and phone. The delivery was especially impressive as I could arrange a 2 hour delivery slot by text and, although the truck was delayed in traffic, I was kept informed of the delay and it was only half an hour in the end. The delivery men were friendly and helpful too. A far better service than you receive from many high street stores. Very impressed.

A great family buisness that is rare in the fact of good upmarket furniture at a price you can afford.
I think its a rare thing these days to find a company like this one, I spoke to Mr Harris who is an owner, to find he was very helpfull, and gave me good adivce in finding the furniture I bought. I was also impressed to hear that when it was delivered, to plse ring them If I was unhappy in any way with the delivery. It was smooth in everyway, and Im delighted with my new table and chairs. Excellent, friendly service
I bought an oak dining table and was very pleased with the level of customer care. The telephone sales assistant helped me choose the right product and there were no hiccups in the process. Delivery was perfect too...I was told when to expect the goods, the driver phoned when he was on his way and it arrived on time, without me having to wait around half the day for someone to turn up. 1st class service
We live in the Scottish Highlands and so often find that suppliers will charge exhorbitant & unfair postal surcharges to deliver goods.
We found some dining sets which we wanted to furnish out new B&B business, but we were quoted £300 to deliver!!
After more trawling of the internet we found some more dining sets from Oak Furniture Superstore. We ordered because they quoted a very moderate surcharge and we just hoped the quality would be okay.
We were not disappointed. The furniture exceeded our expectations in quality, the price was very good, delivery quick and communication with Mark Harris very good.
Very pleased and would recommend highly.

Quality was superb, Delivery on-time, staff very helpfull.
This was the first large purchase on-line and was a bit nervous, but no need to worry, the quality was superb, the information regarding delivery dates was first class and the office and delivery staff where excellent, in fact I went back within a month and ordered more dining room furniture and the experience was the same as the first time. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Highly recommended
I bought my Oxford solid Oak table and 6 chairs and within 5 days had them delivered. I am a woman of certain age (over 50 lets say) and I found the instructions easy to follow and within 2hors they where sitting in 'pride of place' in my dinning room. The customer service was excellent and delivery quick and faultless. The qualityof the table and chairs are superb...I am one very 'Happy' customer. they cannot come more highly recommended in my books..

Went of their way to please
I needed a larger table just before Christmas. No one was delivering within the period wanted so I ordered one on line not expecting it until well into the new year. Thought I'd give them a call on the off chance that there might be one in stock. Without promising any more than they would try to get their supplier to deliver early I was pleasantly surprised to get the table with a few days to spare. The quality was first class and at a "sale" price. If I need any more furniture their's will be the first web site I'll be looking at.
