Started out great, but crashed at the last hurdle

I found Oasisprint and read the reviews. They were good, generally, and offered exactly what I wanted for the right price. The website was easy to use, and the business cards were ordered without any design problems. I paid extra for rapid delivery (next day). They advised me that they would be dispatched and would arrive as I expected. Stayed in to receive them. They didn't arrive. At 21.50 that night I received an e-mail to say that due to problems beyond their control they couldn't process my order and I wouldn't be charged (I wait to see). If I wanted the printing done, they recommended another company (more expensive, however).
Have since ordered and received cards from another company - excellent service, as promised with this one, however. No idea what happened to Oasis, or if they are still in business.

Great people but...

I've been dealing with Kristine at Oasis Print with regard to my business card order and the customer service has been excellent, they helped proof my cards, checked the vector file and then turned the order around incredibly quickly - much quicker than advertised.

I had a slight issue with the card, I've asked for a specific orange to be used, this hasn't happened but when I called to discuss it, was told that the printer couldn't see the difference, a bit frustrating.
Having said that, Kristine then offered a full refund if I wasn't happy, provided all of the details that I needed and processed everything quickly. I'd use them again if only for the customer service.

Excellent service

We had some business cards needing a very quick turnaround, order was placed at 1PM on the Thursday and the cards were delivered by 10AM on the Friday.

Excellent service.

Customer service excels

Had a slight problem with my intial order - trimming issue. Re-order was dispatched and recieved immediately.

Really impressed with the speed of customer care and the quality of the cards. Will be sure make all future orders with Oasis print as their customer service and quality are outstanding.

Online Self Upload program - Not great

Only thing was it was dispatched and arrived quickly. Other than that I will not be using this service again.

Exceptional quality & customer service

I ordered 2 sets of business cards via Oasisprint as they are one of the few who print on 400gsm paper. The qulaity of the print and finish is exceptional and I was very happy with the service, delivery and support I got from their customer service team.

Great quality cards - Add ons made a cheap deal end up quite expensive

I'm over the moon with the quality of my business cards.
The order process on the web was easy and well thought out.
However. The price advertised is at best a little deceptive.
I placed an order for 100 Business Cards which is advertised on the site at £19 but in reality after postage and VAT it was more like £33 (I had no issue with paying £33 I just think you should be more open)
The postage is also a little steep for such a small order.
Overall I would use the service again but I could not offer this service to my clients as the price it too high to enable me to do so.

Very fast service beautiful outcome really helps for a graphic designer

I got a good deal to start with and the cards were delivered fast and to a very high standard.
Cards feel very nice and the colours have turned out better then I expected and the box it came in really helps keep my business cards safe.
The only improvement is that it would be worth doing embossing or thermography.
I would defiantly use them again

Amazing amazing! Better than Vista Print!

After being very disappointed with previous business cards from other websites I was at first reluctant to order again online. But after stumbling across Oasisprint and checking out the prices and quality of the card there was no stopping me placing an order! I emailed my graphics over and had an almost instant response, they were very helpful and within only 2 days the business cards were in my hands and in a lovely protective plastic box!
I would highly recommend this website to anyone thinking of getting business cards printed!

good quality business cards and amazing service

I had ordered 250 business cards after the print deadline, which i originally wasn't aware of, so when i came back on monday to see whether my product had been printed and on its was to me, i noticed it said "printing". I needed them that day so i could ship them to a collage. So i emailed oasisprint and they got back to me and help me change the delivery address and got the cards delivered the next day ! =]

Extremly helpful staff- not pleased with product

The staff at Oasisprint went out of there way to assist me when I experienced problems uploading my design, they couldnt have done more.
I was however disappointed with the quality of the cards that arrived, particularly the coloring which looked very faded.

Incredibly Efficient

Needed some business cards in a hurry (next day) and Oasisprint delivered them very efficiently and with a good quality card and print. Within hours of placing the order & approving the artwork, I received a delivery Tracking number! Brilliant !!
Only notes would be to have a preview option within the Ordering process and to make it clearer that you can click on the link and approve your Artwork online (As I did not have to wait for an e-mail to approve the artwork, I just clicked the link in the Order conformation e-mail out of chance and saw I could approve immediately online...which was great).

Very easy to arrange business cards

Being a photoshop user it was easy to design onto the template. I could not open the pdf viewer to pass off the sample from the site so that was poor. I knew that it was ok from experience. Other than that I would use the service again.

Need print - you need these guys

I used oasis print based on the fact that I wanted a heavy board to print my digital cards. They exceeded my expectations as I was wary of using any online facilities as I wanted to see a physical proof. I like me you're sceptical, don't be. Delivery was super super fast and the quality was second to none for an amazingly reasonable cost. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will re-use. Thanks oasis print.
