Will never use this company again, wish I could rate them less than 1 star, failed to deliver my item on order and then wanted me to pay additional costs of £80 to re-order the item they missed, hand to ring customer services but they were very rude. I will be avoiding this company in the future.
Ordered an item over a week ago for delivery today, turned up and the driver said it's missing or out of stock, rang customer services for some sort of update they were quite rude. will deffo not go near this company ever again, really really poor service.
Update : Customer services told to re-order the item they didn't deliver as they did really have it in stock afterall, guess what though the price now increased by a whopping £80.
They must be joking!
I love this company as I always get what I order and on time.
Freshness is very good and everything is delivered in top top condition whether fresh, frozen or non perishable.
I like the way they list everything and pack in a sensible way.
I trust Ocado the best.

I have been with Ocado about two years and things were great in the beginning. Delivery guys are friendly and deal with a lot of problems caused by Ocado depots. Quality was almost always good, and customer service was usually very good at refunding charges where there were problems. About 9 months ago things started to take a turn. Late deliveries, missing items, inappropriate substitutions. After providing constant feedback and seeing no change, I am done! I have taken my last delivery and surprise, missing items! Time to try Waitrose delivery so I can get the same great products but might actually get what I ordered. I think Ocado has gotten too big too fast and they can't handle the demand. Good thing I also didn't buy any Ocado shares...
I tried to place my first order with this company. But it didn't go so well. They deleted the order just one hour before I was suppose to receive it which means 1 week after I placed it. Been left without products!!! without the possibility to use my time in a different way ( I was supposed to receive the order after 10 pm so I planned my evening time based on that) and without to but the same products from another company from which I canceled my subscription after having placed the never received OCADO ORDER...
I d say thanks Ocado, no respect at all for the customer..
The guys that work for Ocado are first rate. Nothing is ever too much for them. MY friend lives on 3rd floor in London and whilst I was there last week they delivered 11 bags of shopping up the stairs. Felt sorry for the guy but his attitude was first rate. Opening an account with them myself after that kind of service
I have tried all of the other major supermarkets grocery delivery service & I must admit that I have found Ocado to be the best. Their mobile phone app is easy to use, I like their 1 hour time slot instead of 2 hours, you receive a text to confirm who the driver is, van registration & if there are any missing items, which over the years have been very few and far between.I use to have so many missing items or ridiculous substitutes from the other supermarkets.On a few occasions where an item has been damaged, its been refunded, no problems.Once a driver was running late due an accident but he called to let me know. Okay, so they use Waitrose's which compared to the cheaper supermarkets, is a little more expensive, however I do find that the fresh food is of better quality & will last longer which for me, is worth the extra as there is a lot less waste if any.
