The ink cartridges were the cheapest I could find anywhere for Epson genuine original cartridges. Delivery as well as being free was superb taking about 5 days which included a bank holiday weekend.
Overall, very impressed & will certainly use again.

I was attracted to this supplier by the keen price. The order was placed on 25th April.
the estimated delivery date was shown as 7th May, which was disappointing, but the item arrived on 1st May, so no complaint there! I shall certainly use Office etc again.

parcel delivered with contents somewhat squashed

The padded mailing bag as packaging for the parcel was insufficient to prevent the contents being squashed under the weight of Royal Mail parcels. Luckily the contents of the box inside seem to have survived the experience.

Cheap but not cheerful

Goods were as described, despite the box being damaged. My comments are based on a call I made to their office trying to find out where the parcel was in transit. A young woman could not have been less helpful.

Want your Printer Ink fast then look no further than Office Etc !!!

I ordered some printer ink from Office Etc on the 15th April 2013 at around 15.30 hours. I received E-Mails (6 in total) for each and every step of the order,the last of which arrived on 16th April at around 15.30 hours stating that the goods should arrive between 8.00 and 18.00 hours, they arrived 0.5 hours later at 16.00 hrs. I'm impressed with the time of 24.5 hours from order to delivery, but i'll leave you to make your own minds up. At less than £42 this was the cheapest price I could find for genuine Epson ink for my printer, an Epson Photo Stylus PX700W also it was FREE delivery.

Reliable Trader

I have bought a Canon A3 photo printer and inks from office- etc. it was the cheapest site I could find and included free delivery. In the end I paid a small extra delivery charge for next day with DPD. With inks delivery is quick even with the free service which again seemed to be DPD. I would now always check their prices when making printer supply orders.
