I asked for some clarity and advise and what I received was very helpful and unbiased advise. Having already established that Office Chairs UK was the best value for a high spec office task (managers) chair for someone with my back issues I placed the order and the chair was delivered fully assembled, onetime and without any issues whatsoever.

Very friendly communication both via phone and email. Answered email queries re: my office chair order very quickly. Informed me of delivery date and checked in with me when hadn't heard from me that I would be available. Only thing is that they are in the process of updating their online accounting system, so still sending paper receipts. Once that's done though, that will be great!

The chair had to be built so there was a four week delivery date. A couple of weeks before it was due, I called Office Chairs UK for an update. Viv was very helpful and we agreed a delivery date via a carrier. It arrived exactly as agreed.
The chair was a Senator Sprint and I'm very pleased with it
Having left a very poor feedback as my chair hadn't been delivered, I was called first thing today and the situation has been sorted out in an efficient and friendly way. Looking at the feedback it seems that the problem is actually with the customer satisfaction survey, which goes out sooner than the delivery can be made.
Looking forward to my new chair which is almost ready for delivery.

A model website, accurate delivery forecast, very agreeable contact with the sales office, and finally a driver who had to park his truck the other side of the village green so as not to damage low slung tree branches, and cheerfully wheeled the chair up to our house. The chair was great, and exactly as ordered. Altogether a most enjoyable experience.

What to say? Just perfect: ordered a chair, they phoned my to ask if it was OK if they delivered it the day after, I said yes, the chair arrived. No problems at all, quick and trustable, plus free shipping within UK mainland! I'll recommend it.
We are very pleased with the chairs. They are comfortable and look good. Internet order disappeared into a black hole until we recieved an order confirmation & invoice through the post. The delivery estimate just specified the week of delivery.
We've ordered 12 Herman Miller chairs for our offices over the past year from Office Chairs UK - they are friendly and responsive to emails. They also can organise service should anything break. Only criticism is that the delivery for these products takes a long time (normally about a month and a half) due to the fact they are custom made to our specification and colour choices etc - although think this is due to herman miller.
I had been looking at purchasing the Herman Miller SAYL chair for a while, and thought the price looked too good to be true, as it was £100's cheaper than other shops. After talking to an online representative, I was more than happy to purchase from Office Chairs UK. I received my chair by next day delivery, as promised. The chair met all of my expectations, and I would not only highly recommend the Sayl chair, I would consider it madness to buy from anyone else other than UK Office Chairs, all aspects of their service are exceptional.

When I ordered, I got a quick call advising me that I'd chosen an option that had a longer lead time and was offered a quicker option if I wished. Really helpful. I opted to wait, and the order arrived in the suggested time period. The product was very well packaged (over packaged according to the delivery man) and in perfect condition.
Choose the chair I wanted online, called them up with the ordering code and they gladly took payment, the chair still has not arrived and I have received a request to review and have received no delivery updates or information since placing the order!
From beginning to end thisa was a smooth transaction. Very shortly after ordering I received a call to confirm the order and make payment, and then the chair was delivered ahead of schedule with minimum fuss.
Office Chairs provided a great service for the purchase of two Sigma office chairs. Unfortunately, we have just noticed that one of the chairs had a crack on the yoke near one of the castors and now the castor bends under the yoke. Not office chairs fault though as this was probably broken in delivery. Will contact the company to ask whether we can have a replacement. Hopefully their after sales service is as good as their sales and delivery service!
We ordered a (black & white) Herman Miller Sayl chair from Office Chairs UK.
Although they did not have the stock available immediately, they were able to provide delivery within 30 days. We were very pleased with the product when it was delivered. The staff were courteous throughout the transaction.

I purchased a Herman Miller chair at very good value from Office Chairs, while other sites were selling at higher price.
I was very pleased with the model in stock as it wasn't the ordinary dark grey one.
Only comment was the lack of communication on delivery date. I had to email the company to ask, but the reply came prompt and said it was scheduled for that day. Luckily someone was in to accept delivery, but I think such info should be communicated better.
