Good service, quick delivery
Website needs facility to easily re-order regular items rather than finding product each time which is a pain!

Competitive prices and fast delivery.
Only once did I try a 'compatible cartridge' and it was a disaster, so I have stuck with OKI originals ever since. OKI Buyer prices are competitive, you know you are getting the right product, the site is easy to use and the 'next day delivery' has always been 'next day.

OK I 'm impressed
First class service as usual. Competitive price-wise and you know you are getting genuine toners. My orders have always been delivered the next day - so reassuring to know when you suddenly have that unexpected print job. I have no hesitation in recommending OKI Buyer.

Hassle-free service
After looking at various other supplier sites, this one appeared to have good reviews, and competitive prices. I ordered 3 toner cartridges - 2 were dispatched and arrived the following day. Email from OKI Buyer also sent to explain 3rd cartridge not in stock (despite being advised on the website when ordering that it was in stock). However, it arrived within two days which was acceptable.
Overall, very satisfactory service and good pricing.

Value for money retailer with good sales process support
I quite enjoy dealing with Oki Buyer, though I find it a bit frustrating that 50% of the time when I telephone I have to leave an answerphone message rather than speak to a real person immediately. I suppose the other thing that tends to frustrate me a bit is that anything more than a minor tech support question, either pre or post sales, I am referred direct to Oki rather than OkiBuyer being able to sort out my issue themselves

Many thanks for your review. We're always looking to improve our level of service so your comments are very helpful. Often OKI themselves direct that certain calls or issues are directed straight to them but I certainly take your point which we will try to improve on.

Okibuyer was very good
The service from Okibuyer was excellent butthere are problems with supplies from the Oki Group as a whole which I understand are totally beyond their control. Notwithstanding, it is frustrating to have learned that my machine was to have become completely unusuable before emergency supplies were issued. I have concerns over this with regards to future purchases of Oki machines.

Great, professional, service
Have been using Oki Buyer for some time now and have always had an excellent service from them. They usually have plenty of stock and all items are delivered the next working day. If there is any problems with stock they always contact you immediately with an ETA so that you can manage your work accordingly or source the item elsewhere if really necessary. Luckily this doesn't happen often though.

Outstanding value and speedy service!
I have worked in a very busy property development office for over 2 years and after many bad experiences with toners being ordered and not turning up, or paying a large sum for the ink, I came across this website. They are very straight forward and easy to use (when I needed advice via telephone they were straight on the phone - no terrible hold music etc) Most pleased with this service!

Image Drum for MC361 out of stock since December
Has anyone else managed to get an image drum for an MC361 every single supplier either makes it clear on their website that it is out of stock or they wait until I have purchased to tell me it's out of stock.
My office has been without a printer since December we've had to buy another ([link] not OKI never had this problem with them) and the only response I get from OKI is that their factory is based in Thailand and they haven't received any more. It's frustrating enough that the printer requires this, some might even call it a scam and here I am willing to pay the £100+ and unable to do so.

Good customer Service, fast dispatch
Unfortunately there was a problem with my order items not following through the order correctly, but I was called up promptly and told I would need to reorder and my old order would be cancelled, I did this, received an order cancellation and new order confirmation by the end of the day.
Perhaps their payment scheme is a bit flaky, but I was impressed with the customer service to rectify this, and I still got my cartridges the next day for the best price around, so I'm pretty pleased!

Good efficient service
Good efficient service, very happy. One complaint though: the yellow sellotape you have been using on parcels was cheap, nasty and sticky. The red tape on the latest parcel seemed a bit better, but I'm not sure how much better.

DISAPOINTING
Despite being told order would be with me next day. A week on I had to chase order. I have received part order on 2 seperate days and still awaiting for a final total cartridge to be delivered. Incidently, the total orginal order was for 4 toner cartridges.

Excellent Prices & Service
