Fantabulous !
Having previously ordered my wedding invites from Olivia Samuel, I wanted to then order some place cards and table name cards. Unfortunately they didn't do the same style as my invites, but I wasn't bothered as had seen some more I liked. An email to them asking about the same design was quickly responded to so at least I could get on and choose something else. Having found the design I liked, I wanted to add table names (rather than numbers) to my cards but there didn't seem to be anywhere on the site to do this - I sent another email - which again was promptly responded to saying the issue had been clarified. I went ahead and ordered. My husband (to be!) then said we needed another table name card as we were going to be trying them out in various stands and didn't want to ruin the cards we were actually using for the day. As I'd already placed my order, and confirmed print was good to go, I went back online to order one more table card. I then got an email saying that they had placed this with my previous order, thus saving me a couple of pounds on the order itself (the more you buy the cheaper they are) plus saving me two lots of postage - I was very surprised and extremely happy that they had done this without me asking them to, and they credited my account the very next day. Well done Olivia Samuel!! The cards and table names arrived, and as before, are absolutely beautiful, very well packaged and promptly delivered. Very very very pleased - can't wait to use them!!!

Fantastic service
The order form was easy to fill out with clear options on font styles and wording choices. The proofs were sent via email within a couple of days and any ammendments (down to us changing our minds, not due to any mistakes by Olivia Samual) were also done very quickly. There was a slight delay in part of our order, so due to our time restraints, part of the order was sent out to us, and the rest was sent within a couple of days. This included changing the RSVP date to allow for the delay. All done very efficiently and with excellent correspondance. We would definately use Olivia Samual again.

Brilliant!
The service from start to finish was brilliant and everything arrived perfectly. Even though it was quite a tight turnaround, the staff were very helpful and the goods arrived beautifully wrapped up and ready to go. Helped take the weight off my mind and I got lots of complements about the stationery, so thank you.

Excellent service and the most beautiful wedding invitations!
Thank you, Olivia Samuel! Me and my fiancee found the Olivia Samuel web page some weeks ago and as they have a lot of beautiful invitations, we decided to ask some samples. Lisa sent the samples right away to us to Madrid and we were able to make the important decision very quickly.
We received the actual wedding invitations already a week later. We love those and can´t wait to share these with our family and friends.
The service is excellent, the quality of the invitations is excellent and we are very pleased all went smooth and fast. We definitely recommend this site to everybody who is getting married! Thank you so so much!

Can't fault them at all, fabulous service!!!
I am absolutely over the moon with the service I have recieved. We got a late deal on our wedding and it was in 15 weeks time. I asked if there was anything they could do to get the invitations to me a bit quicker. They emailed back very quickly saying they would flag my order up as urgent. The proof was emailed to me the next day. It was set up perfectly. I emailed to say I aproved the proof at 8.30pm. The next morning I had an email to say they had rushed them through and they had already been printed and posted! I received them at 9am the next day!!! I couldn't believe it!! The invitations are excellent quality and fabulous value for money. I really am delighted with the customer service and will be recommending Olivia Samuel to everyone!! Thank you so much!

Great designs, efficient service
I saw a design I liked for our wedding invitations, even though it was months in advance, I couldn't resist. They quickly replied to my email to answer my query and adjusted minimum order requirements to suit my needs.The proof of the design came through really quick and delivery was within a few days. Would definately recommend Olivia Samuel to others!

stress free, professional, high quality and excellent customer service - what else could you wish for!
Having trawled through thousands of websites and attending millions of wedding fares to try and get an idea of what type of wedding invitations to have we eventually came across Olivia Samuel - they allowed me see proofs of my preferences which were sent out promptly & then creating the actual invitation was stress free, and at a steady pace. I never felt like they were rushing me to make an order. They also spotted some awful mistakes which I had added onto the invitations but they dealt with this so tactfully. It could have been a real disaster. I sent at least 6 different proofs back before I was happy and each time they were professional and more than happy to help.

Luxurious
I had Classic Script made with white card and silver writing and moss green ribbon Everyone have said how lovely they are. Olivia Samuel where so helpful. I would certainly recommend them .

Beautiful invitations and fabulous service
We liked the look of the Olivia Samuel Verona range online and the finish items have lived up to all of our expectations. We have received lots of compliments on the invitations as we have given them out.
I was also very impressed with the customer service I recieved. Olivia Samuel offered to deliver the nserts to our invites ahead of the rest of the invitations so that we could start writing them ahead of time. This made a huge difference to us and made our lives much easier. Thank you.

Top banana!!!
Looking at invitations was a task and half, but once I found Olivia Samuel my headache disappeared. I ordered Vintage Rose pink and they are delicate, beautiful, elegant and everything I wanted from my invitations. A superb job!

Never Dissapoints!
We are now in the process of writing our Wedding thank you cards, the last part of our wedding. From start to finish Olivia Samual have been amazing! Always at the end of an email to help with any questions or queries. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful our stationary was. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. we used Verona Khaki, to match our ivory and sage green theme.

Beautiful and exquisite invites.
I searched high and low for the perfect invites and was delighted when I found 'the one' on the Olivia Samuel website. I chose Verona in silver and they are beautiful! Everyone who has received an invite has commented on them! The service I received was brilliant...from deciding on the wording (of which I had several drafts!) to receiving them in the post. I just hope our wedding day is as perfect! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect in every way!
From the moment I first laid eyes on the Olivia Samuel website, I knew they were the company I wanted to design our Engagement invitations. The website is very user-friendly and is therefore an absolute breeze to use. The helpful hints that are provided, regarding what typeface to use are brilliant! I was thrilled I used the advice given to me as it just made our invitations really stand out. The invitations are of the highest quality and are carefully packaged to ensure no damage is caused to them. All our invitations have now been handed to our guests and everyone has commented on their beauty. I will definitely use Olivia Samuel again!

Absolutely fantastic!
From the ordering to the delivery this company is efficient and extremely reliable. The online DIY instructions are very effective and the quality is top notch. Upon delivery of a very large order I noticed that we were 10 pieces short of one of the products. I emailed the the company and received a reply extremely promptly. The staff were very apologetic and resolved the problem immediately by sending out the additional pieces via next day delivery. I was amazed by the speed and efficiency of this company. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely Fabulous!!!!
I looked at various different companies for my wedding stationery and found Olivia Samuel to offer exactly what I wanted. When I received a proof (very promptly) they were better than I expected. When I placed my order, I also called and spoke to Lisa regarding the order, who was so helpful and as my order was needed urgently they went to a lot of trouble to make sure my order was sent quickly. They promised me that I would receive my order on the following Wednesday but in fact it actually came on the Tuesday. I would highly recommend this company and now I have got my invitations sorted I will be getting the rest of my wedding stationery from them in due course. The quality is fantastic. Thank you so much.

STAND OUT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH
Could not recommend Olivia Samuel more and have already passed on this companys details to another bride to be I know.
While looking for something different to the normal 'hearts and flowers' invitations available to buy we came across the Mummy & Daddy style and LOVED IT!!!!!
It was perfect for us with 2 young children and also paying for the wedding ourselves.
Our 5yr old daughter thinks it is fantastic too be such a big part of her Mummy & Daddy's day and Im sure our 1yr old Son would too if he understood :oD
The service from Olivia Samuel was excellent from the start and it felt nothing was too much trouble for them and they simply just wanted to make sure everything was right for you before they sent out your order.
I hope if you do decide to use this company you will be as happy as we are!!
