Great Hotel Brilliant price

I recently booked a Hotel stay in Sydney at the Sheraton on the park. Olotels.com had the hotel 50% less than any other hotel booking site at the time. Booking through Olotels.com was simple, great price, no problems when arriving at the hotel. Can't wait to travel again will definately check Olotels.com for the best price first.

Quick, easy and great prices

I am using Olotels for the second time to book our favorite hotel in Bruges for our twice yearly stay with my husband, daughter and her husband. Their website is very easy to use and all the details I need are there on screen. I like to get value for money when I am shopping for anything and the rates on Olotels are really good.
There is no hassle when you get to your hotel either, you show your voucher and that's it. I like planning in advance and there is no problem booking rooms months in advance.
Quick, easy and great prices, what more could you want?

Efficient and easy to use the booking system

I booked a couple of days away in the lakes. The hotel was amazing and the service was 2nd to none. As a single lady travelling alone its important for me to feel confident that my booking is dealt with efficiently. My couple of days were totally stress free, exactly as I'd wished

Great value and easy to use, with occasional glitches

I first used Olotels to book a particular hotel for business purposes where its rate was at least £15 cheaper for a pre-booked room than any competitor. Since I know the dates I have to travel pre-booking and payment is not a problem, and I have since rebooked the same hotel three times. The site is easy to use, quick and generally reliable. The only problem was this week when the Olotels site told me the hotel was not available for a particular date, but after I had booked elsewhere it subsequently told me the hotel was available after all. Fortunately I was able to cancel and rebook.

I found that Olotel has a large number hotels to choose from as well as good value for money.

First time but will certainly use again!

I was lucky to find olotels.com, which I had not heard of before.
I saw them on Trip Advisor when I went in to look at the hotel we wanted to stay at in Jersey. Strangely by the side of the olotels.com on the list it had a "no entry" sign (circle with line going through), but I went in anyway to look at the price. The cost of the hotel we were after was excellent, much better than any other website. This slightly concerned me as I'd not heard of olotels before. Anyway, I went in, booked with no trouble. Payment was easy, and no extra charge for Mastercard. Within seconds of booking all the emails came through with confirmation and voucher, etc.
Very pleased! Will make sure to check with olotels again as my partner and I holiday alot.

Best Hotel Rates!

I used olotels.com three times so far and my girlfriend used it one time to book hotels, and the rates we got were far less that any other site, or even travel agents!
The rates are inclusive of taxes and fees, and at the Wynn Las Vegas, they even gave us 2 brunch buffet vouchers!
I always start my hotel search on olotels.com.

When price matters,...

This is my second booking (of the same hotel) vie Olotels. The first time, an intervention of a member of the helpdesk was required, but he managed to deal with the issue in a quick and professional manner.
For some hotels, Olotels offers a pricing that is comparabel to the pricing of other online booking machines, but the breakfast may be included.
On the downside, the website is not compatible with Apple Passbook... one of the reasons why I usually use booking.com
When you travel a lot, this type of app is an absolute blessing

Good prices, often with breakfest, perfect service on the phone

I use Trivago for my bookings. There I always look for olotels first, it`s safe and fast.
For my last booking (Hotel in Hamburg) i missed my voucher.
So i call the service hotline and was connected to Georg (May 16th, about 4 pm)
and he was very kind and did a great job! Thank you.

My next booking will be with olotels, and i will tell it my friends and business partners.

Very good prices, documents arrived immediately, information not complete

The prices offered were absolutely competitive and the documetns were sent immediately. The trade for the above is that the paiment had to be done in advance. The information on the services provided (Hotel) were far from precise. What is the standard of the room I have booked? What sort of breakfast should I expect? This is critical information I will learn upon my arrival.....

Amazing saving!

I used Olotel for the first time after reading about it on moneysavingexpert.com to book a hotel in London I regularly stay at. It turned out to be a massive £75 (GBP) cheaper than the hotel's own cheapest rate – and that of all the major hotel booking sites. AND it included breakfast! So an even bigger saving. It's so unbelievable that – assuming I get a room when I show up in June – I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site to anyone. In fact, I already have. I don't know how they do it, but I hope as they get more popular that they still keep their prices low.

Fast but some error messages when using website

The service was fast and the offer very attractive, much better than at the hotel's website. However, I got error messagens on my screen more than once. I felt confident only after I received the confirmation e-mails very soon after completing the operation at the website.

Excellent price & reliability

www.olotels.com contacted me and fixed the problem that I had with the hotel: Although in the "HOTEL DESCRIPTION" was mentioned "All guests with a personal laptop can connect to the WLAN Internet from their room free of charge" hotel refused to provide this free service.

Nothing to complain about. I would definitely book again with olotels in the future.

I booked a hotel through olotels.com 2 weeks ago and everything went fine. It was just a bit confusing because I already received the voucher via email from them, then a day after they emailed me that the hotel has been informed and is subject to their availability. When I asked them if they'll be confirming the booking again, they replied me again with the copy of the voucher. What I did is I emailed the hotel, and they replied quickly that my reservation is confirmed.

I think it's always better to email the hotel after making a booking with ANY hotel booking site.

4 days since i complained... Still no resolutin

As one can see from a few posts ago i complained on booking a room described as sea view. After booking i got a reciept stating that i got partial sea view. This is false information and i wanted to upgrade to full ocean view or cancel my booking without charges. I got a phone call 2 days ago from a guy asking if i was satisfied with my partial ocean view room which i said i was not. He stated he would call me back.... 2days later still no answers. And i have not gotten any email besides a new voucher reconfirming my partial ocean view... What to doo..??

Extremely good prices

I found the website easy and complete. The only problem I noticed was about the voucher, which I did not received within 24 hours, but only after writing an email to your Customer service.
