El hotel está situado muy cerca de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, el oceanográfico, etc. La atención de la recepción fue muy buena y nos dieron todas las explicaciones necesarias. La habitación era de tamaño correcto y estaba perfectamente limpia. La única pega que puedo ponerle es que en lugar de cama de matrimonio nos pusieron doble cama. El buffet correcto, no espectacular. Si te quedas muchos días probablemente se haga monótono y aburrido, pero cumple con el precio. Del resto de estancias del hotel no disfrute, con lo cual no puedo opinar.
Made a booking for March 2014, got a confirmation email and when I rang the hotel I was told the booking was made and then six hours later it was cancelled with no explanation. Hotel could not help me because I booked through Olotels. Made phone calls to Olotels and was promised someone will contact me, 2 days later still waiting. Sent numerous emails, still waiting. Payment has been withdrawn and I have no room. Stressing out, don't know what else to do. Very disappointed.
Tried to confirm my reservation directly with the hotel and they do not have any reservation in my name and told me the voucher was worthless to them as I was not in their system. I have spoken with Olotels and Marriotts both several times to no avail. I am to arrive tomorrow and the hotel says I have no reservation. Olotels is nice on the phone when I can reach them but I still have no confirmation # for marriotts for the hotel to find me as my name is not in their system. Very disappointed and stressed. Not what I needed right now....
I booked a hotel room in London for next month through Olotel and never got a confirmation email from them. I got one phone message saying I needed to call them about the booking but when I called back, no one answered. And now there is an Olotel charge on my credit card from France, which is strange because I did not book anything in France through Olotel. I have sent four emails to Olotel through their website about these two issues but have yet to receive a response from them. They suck.
4th of february booked hotel in Thailand, Karon. 10% payed as requested. rest should be payed 15th. Nothing is charged, support doesnt answer emails. I am really lost with this situation. olotels, please contact me

I received al call from customer service at olotel this morning, I then changed the Email address at their request to have the confirmation and voucher sent to me . I did receive them BUT THE HOTEL STILL HAS NO RESERVATION AT 24 HOURS POST BOOKING. I WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE THE REFERENCE / RESERVATION NUMBER THAT THE SERVICE REPRESENATIVE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET FROM THE HOTEL AND SEND TO ME.VIA MY NEW EMAIL ADDRESS THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.I AM VERY VERY CONCERNED AS TO WHY THE RESERVATION HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO THE HOTEL.
The Email issue I had been having was resolved by using another Email . Initially there was a delay in the reservation getting to the hotel, and the reference number to me. This was all resolved at about 48 hours and I am very satisfied with the customer service department working to get this completed.
I was redirected to this site from Kayak, price for LVH hotel was so much cheaper than advertised major site prices.. Thought it was a scam.. But at this price i was willing to take the chance and dispute my credit card after if necessary.. Received my email voucher promptly. Called hotel directly to confirm reservation.. All in order.. Great room on high floor with great views...industry colleagues also staying but at 4 times the price.. Will use this site again.
I ended up at olotels site looking for a hotel in Ottawa, ON, Canada. The site was stating that breakfast is provided with my rate, I'm pretty sure I've seen images of a hot tub although I cannot find them any more and I've booked a room for 3 adults and a child. Hotel stuff has never heard of the term "provided" regarding breakfast and needless to say that the breakfast was not included in my rate. The property does not have any pool or hot tub. The room I booked was apparently spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults but it only had 2 twin (not queen or whatever) beds. We are not oversized people but how on earth can 2 twin beds can be enough for 4 normal size adults? Hotel stuff resolved the issue but hey, this kind of info should be found at the booking site unless I'm seriously missing something
Not only did Ototels find a cheap rate at Bally's Atlantic City, the reserved room was marked Luxury. While Checking in, the reservation included a code the front desk never saw before. While she spoke to her manager, I thought, "I'm getting screwed because I used an unfamiliar booking site. It turns out the code UPGRADED my stay to a double luxury room. Go Ototels. Very happy.
I booked hotel for 4 nights with this website over a week ago and still have got no email of confirmation or voucher to present at the hotel for check in. I had to contact the hotel myself to see if my booking was even made. olotels does not have any way to contact them on their website, no phone number, no email only a contact engine that does not work. very annoyed customer.
after posting on here my problem olotels replied very promptly and sorted out the issue. I would like to thank them for their quick resolution and would like to say that I will use their booking site again in the future. happy customer.
