RUBBISH NEVER AGAIN

I recently took out motor insurance with them through gocompare. When I got to their website I found I had to pay extra for the services I wanted and had filtered for on gocompare.
They also wanted copies of my licenses plus proof of no claims. Since most information is on computer now why are they asking for this?
When I went to cancel the policy they slapped me with a bill of £50, despite being inside the 14 days cool down.
Not to mention the run around I had just cancelling the policy!
I ALSO sent my 8 years which have discovered was only 6 years they emailed me saying an extra £79.99 was needed, I cancelled thinking £49.99 was better losing. on 14.2.2014 they stated we pleasure on agreeing your 8 years no claims but I discovered was on L V a year earlier, so they obviously had my 8 years in front of them. their excuse was it was my fault and have no chance of a refund. I am also getting in touch the ombudsman so that no one else gets done.

Rude, dishonest and unprofessional

You feel like rubbish when you speak to these people on the phone, and they treat you like rubbish. They also add things onto quotes after coming through from comparison sites and try to push things like their credit-plan for monthly payments, which ends up making you pay 30% more. Just yuck, especially the customer service

Dire Company
