Barely acceptable and unprofessional!
Ordered on the monday, supposedly sent out 1st class on Wednesday , didn't arrive till following Tuesday. When I called to ask where it was they said it had left them and to check with postman as they could track a royal mail package even tho they gave me a tracking number!

Said they have 4 in stock online. Ordered in good faith. Took my money, no goods. Don't respond to emails. Still have my money. Finally got through by telephone. They say the product is not actually in stock and unavailable from supplier. Still selling product online - beware! http://bit.ly/AgFbRR

i couldnt ask for more
My poodle dog was suffering...i really do not know which deficiency but i got some info from one of my enemies that their is oneclickpets and i can get some vitamins for her. I did exactly that n guess what ......hugs to you clickpets. My order came right away!!!

The truth be told
i read some of the horrible reviews and i decided that i quite defer, I had to add my own review. I always check reviews before making any order. I made a recent order for some dog biscuits and . I had no problem - delivery was timely and the price was right! Couldn't be happier and will definitely reorder from them. Have to remember, unhappy people report way more than happy ones do."

A COMPANY WITH POTENTIAL BUT NOT SERIOUS
"I purchased a product online a month ago and got a confirmation that the order was placed. I contacted a week ago about my order still not arriving and they told me my credit card was declined which isn't possible since I've been ordering other things online and they've all gotten to me. I asked if I was ever supposed to get a message from them stating my card was declined and instead of answering my message, they sent me an apology for taking so long to answer my email and gave me a 10% off discount for my next order. Today I get an email asking me to review the product I bought which NEVER got here. I go to oneclickpets and chat online with their customer support representative and he told me again that my card was declined and took a very long time answering my questions of which I was ever supposed to get a confirmation that it was declined. He said I was and I asked why I never did and he instead asked, do you want to cancel the order or give a new card number. This is a company with a potential and i know it can do much better and i have hope for it. Average experience, first time. . I will have to check my credit card statement for this month to make sure they didn't charge me for the product that I have never gotten.

Very unpleasant transaction
Very unfortunate for the high price i paid...the worst price I found after searching many different websites. Not pleased. Poor, slow service.

the best services ever!!
Oneclickpets are effective (dreamlike) as I knew they'd be. Perhaps you can solve a mystery for me.....why in the world would anyone go for something else if not for oneclickpets.
After using the pets health care prouducts like Logic Oral Hygiene Gel (VET) and Vet Aquadent x 250ml for two weeks it was obvious that i knew i would never have to worry about where to get health care products for my cat.Thanks for providing the best services I've been dreaming of!

Best pet pharmacy i have ever seen
My dog willow was suffering from a certain disorder which to me i did not know. The poor animal used to limp and not eat at all imagine...i was very devastated. In addition, two weeks passed and he was only eating like quarter of his usual meal. At that moment, i knew he would kick the bucket and i dint want willow to go to heaven at that moment he had a whole life in front of him so i contacted Oneclickpets and they told me to bring willow along, jeez to my dismay the staff were friendly and they actually recommended something for him. Within days willow was up and running and wiggling its tail till it broke my mum's flower vase lol. Thaaaaaaanks a lot oneclickpets.
