"The following errors have occurred:
The code you entered has already been claimed.
Each code can only be redeemed once. If you’re sure you have not previously claimed this code, please double-check the spelling and enter it now.
For more information, please visit our Support Site."
The order was speedy and i recieved a mail that i had ordered an item and that the codes would be delivered within the hour. But nothing happened for one hour, two, twelve..the next day i contacted OnePlay. Great service! I got assisted really quick with their online service and they helped me out. Turns out that i didn't have enough money in my account. They should have sent a mail out saying "the order was cancelled due to..."
best game prices, but slow deliver and suspecius card registration, but if you go whit it then it works as intented even thought i did not do the req i still got 1 eksra 1kr taken from my acc dunno if i get it back or not but still, but els if i nothing bad to say i still saved 120 on my game so if i lose the 1 kr i can live whit it but it should not be able of happening so i hope its from the card registration that i quitet halfway
I recently bought Battlefield 4 from OnePlay.com. The buying process was both quick and professional. For example, I had a question about the price before I made my purchase. I received my answer via email within five minutes. The download process was easy to follow and worked without error. I would put OnePlay in the same category as the larger digital downloading company like Amazon and Steam.
I would have appreciated information regarding the period of time from purchase to delivery of key. When I payed I assumed the game would become available right away. It took more than 24 hours.
As the header says, the games are cheap, the delivery is fast and the costumer support is helpful, however there is only one issue I had with the site, and it's the card registration part. I understand that they did it for safety purposes however it can get a little tedious!
Aside from that little mishap, I give it a 4/5.

I have ordered from digital key sellers before and typically receive the key instantly or within the hour. With these I received it the next day. Might have something to do with ordering on a weekend but overall I'm happy with the process.
I bought a product from OnePlay.com and was told to "verify payment" from them. As I tried to verify my payment it gave me multiply errors and wouldn't work. I assumed that they wouldn't charge me so I ignored until I noticed yesterday that they had. I contacted their live support and email but they wouldn't provide me any solution.
Their verifying payment system is the worst I've ever been with. One VERY unsatisfied customer.
One sentence was sufficient.
I ordered a game for immediate download, but I was unsure what to do next. The site kept bugging me about my credit car not being verified, and I couldn't find my game anywhere. It turned out that the download code had gone into my email providers' 'trash'-folder, eventhough the other mails I had recieved from oneplay went into my regular inbox. Also, the 'verify credit card' step appearantly wasn't required after all, as my game turned up without my ever going through with it. It worked out in the end, but I generellay found the whole process somewhat confusing and unintuitive.
When trying to pay SimCity 5 with my credit card the purchase was stopped because the credit card could not be verified. I got asked to do a manual verification by letting oneplay.com make a small reservation on the account, wait for my banking service to notice the reservation and. most important, the amount (which should be somewhere between 0.1 and 1.0 €. When I had the amount I was to log back in to oneplay.com and use the amount as a verification code which would in turn show that I was the owner of the card and give the go ahead for the real transaction. Nifty little system, right? Wrong!
The control reservation just would not turn up at my banking online service and after several hours of waiting i decided to just pick up the game on another shopping site and less than ten minutes later I was the proud owner of a SimCity 5 product code for Origin. I added the code to my Origin account and during the next 8 hours or so I waited for the game to download, install and the update at least twice (might have been three or four times) before I could actually run the game. However before I actuallty ran the game I decided to check my bank account once more for the control transaction (of an amount between 0.1 and 1.0 €) only to find a transaction for the full amount, I guess the manual verification wasn't really necessary. At this time I immediately logged on to my account at oneplay.com to try and cancel the order, however, the reply from the staff told me this was not possible since the code was already posted somewhere among my receipts and orders (on oneplay.com that is). 25€ for a second copy of a digital distributed game just because of this, I don't really know what to blame, the verification system or the fact that they actually billed the credit card for the full amount without the verification being finished or if I should just blame the stupid "no return after you actually got something to return";-policy, and really I don'care. I just know that oneplay.com won't get a single cent of my money in the future.
And about the extra copy of SimCity I gave it to a neighbour and she actually gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek, not really value for my money but still better than having to bang my head against a brick wallsto get my 25€ back.
