Reliable and caring.
This is a great web shop for Gothic accessories of all sorts! Most of the products are of superb quality, customer service is great! In case of any problems you can speak to customer support and ask for help - the response will be quick! From my own experience, in case of any trouble customer's comfort is top priority for this shop's administration :) And all of the products are delivered shortly after shipping even for customers outside of UK (like myself).

Quick, well packaged delivery and excellent prices.
This was my first order from online gothic and will probably not be my last. Lovely range of beautiful things. Easy to order. My items arrived a couple of days later well wrapped. I had looked at the same items on several different sites but I did not see them cheaper anywhere. I'm very happy with my purchases and would definitely / will recommend the company to friends.

Best prices for Alchemy Gothic products.
It's very rare I've ever seen any other site with cheaper prices for Alchemy Gothic products. I've only ever found one site with lower prices, but that was only on a few pieces of glassware. I always order from here, and I've never had any problems. Fast shipping and great service.

Ear rings to please the eye.
Really nice pieces to adorn the ear. Although some of the ear rings can be fiddly to put in place, once in they are real eye catchers. The service is 1st rate and I for one would used again and recommend highly.

Purchased a fabulous Necklace from this site for my friend's 50th Birthday. When the necklace arrived I couldnt believe how beautiful it was. My friend loved it and she tells me whenever she wears it everyone comments on it. Would definately use this site again, fast delivery and quality items.

Lovely piece of jewellery, excellent delivery too
I received the necklace I bought within a couple of days of payment. It was just as described and my daughter in law just loved it. My only complaint would be, because I was giving the necklace as a present, I had to buy a nice presentation box to put it in, as the little bag (whilst nice if you were buying for yourself) wasn't good enough for a gift.
All in all, I would buy again.

Designs that never run out of ideas (a lot of times pure genius), accompanied by a fast and effective service meaning that orders are processed very quickly with no fuss. Better than Similar US sellers of Alchemy Product line
Online Gothic always seems to have the newest products faster than their US counterparts. While delivery takes longer than a US based supplier would, I am more confident that I will get what I ordered, as it should be, within a reasonable time. Though the prices are slightly higher than I could find from other retailers, I prefer to go with a company I know has the full product line, instead of having to order piece by piece from other companies.
