It took 2 months to get my order sent despite my money being taken on the first day. There is no way to contact them, the online web form does not work and despite them giving hours when to phone, there is no phone number! They continually misinformed about when things would happen. I finally got an email address by phoning the firm next door and getting them to go round and sort it out!! Lots of emails and orders and finally they say they have sent my order.
If this was a decent company they wouldn't send emails with name "noreply" and they would put a phone number on the web site - if only for people who have placed orders.
If you are still thinking of ordering from them, imagine this, you wait 1 month being told that they are awaiting stock, another month hearing nothing and you have no one of contacting them apart from by sending a letter by post. If you don't think that sounds frustrating, then go ahead, make their day!
Ordered a clock from these jokers, then got an email to say it was not in stock! Decided to wait a few days, but every time I checked the order status, the ETA for the clock moved forward. When I read reviews on Sitejabber, they were all the same. No refund issued when requested, goods not recieved, or recieved after 3 Months! I emailed asking for a refund twice, no response. I asked my card company to recover my money which they did (thanks MBNA) Companies like this give internet shopping a bad name.
