Woulld have appreciated the right sized base
I was very happy with the Bowl/Vase but would have liked it better if the base fitted the vase, i.e the area on which the vase sits is much larher than the base of the vase. It looks as though its the wrong base and gives the overall impression of a 'make do' trophy.

FANTASTIC
I have been ordering cups for our school for the past 3 years from OnLine Trophies. The website is easy to follow, which makes ordering quick and simple. Despite always leaving it late to order the cups, I have always received them prior to the event.
Last year the engraving was incorrect on one of the cups and having spoken to OnLine Trophies I received a replacement in a couple of days.

Excellent quick service.
I was very impressed as I ordered my medals with engraving to be delivered in just under 1 week. I was informed when the order was despatched and provided with a number to track my parcel so i could ensure i was home to take delivery.
Was a little disapponted with the engraving as it seemed very "light" and difficult to read. However the total effect of the medals with the centres and the ribbons was very good.

Excellent reliable service

Great service, great product!!
I ordered a small silver plaque for a trophy for my son after being quoted a huge price by a local cobbler! It was £12 base price and so much per letter which meant the plaque would come out at over £20. Online Trophies charged me £2.50 and it was perfect and arrived quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service
I made a late order for some trophys that I needed on a tight deadline. I emailed your sales department on Tuesday to ask when the trophies would be delivered. One of your colleagues Adam answered my query very quickly and explained to me that the trophies were due to be dispatched on Tuesday 26th June. When I explained that I needed them ASAP, he quickly got onto it and I receieved the trophies yesterday.

A company that treats it's customers with honesty and integrity.
A number of years ago, well four to be precise, we started a card competition in honour of one of our clients who sadly passed away. He was a character and loved his cards and his sense of humour is sadly missed.I sourced a number of companies for appropriate trophies for this competition and found Onlinetrophies not only to be competitive in regard to pricing but more importantly genuinely interested in and helpful towards their customers. The delivery service is first rate. This year we ordered further trophies for the next three years with engraving. I would highly recommend this company to others. It is a rare occasion when i feel the need to submit a review like this but this company merits it! Oh, and this year we got a free gift of shortbread in our delivery package; nice touch guys!

Fast turnaround
Robin was very helpful and delivered in time. Some trophies weren't perfect (sanding/glue/cut) but they are value for money. The shortbread surprise in our box was a nice touch!

Easy shopping and a good quality trophy
I ordered a football trophy last year and needed another one this year so I just came straight back to Online Trophies for ease and simplicity. Great service and a great price once again, I'll be back again next year!
