Good quality image, but flimsy frame

The image quality was good, although I did provide a high res photo. However, the frame arrived partly cracked. Not surprised as it's made of delicate wood ( I ordered the slim frame type), and considering it was a large print, the packaging was never going to ultimately protect it when shipping.

Fantastic service!

Sent an imagine of a holiday photo that I had taken from my iPhone so wasn't really expecting much, but wasn't concerned due to the low price. My print arrived much quicker than I expected and was extremely pleased with the quality and colours of the print, especially as I had taken a picture from my phone and enlarged it to a A0, 84.1 x 118.9 cms print. I will be using this service again!

Awesome

I've used Orbit twice now, once in 2011 and now 2013, both times I've ordered an A1 canvas and the results have been absolutely awesome. The frame, canvas and print quality are all of such high quality, colours are so vivid and sharp. I will use again and again!

I ordered 11 canvases in various sizes. I was nervous opening them as I had not used Orbit before. What a pleasure. The canvases are amazing for the price. I could not be more pleased. Very fast delivery. Would recommend without doubt.

Excellent quality

When proofs were sent of the 3 canvasses one had been done twice meaning one not done. This was very quickly rectified and the quality is fantastic. Would definitely use again

i have used orbit twice now to print canvases. i find they are the cheapest around and deliver the prints really quickly (within a few days for standard delivery)! although they are the cheapest the quality is still very high. as a photographer myself i would not have used them a second time if the canvas wasn't good quality! thanks.

AWESOME

Our 14 year old daughter did a drawing of her grandparents dog who had sadly passed away and wanted to do something extra special and asked if her drawing could be put onto a canvas. The result was perfect, picking up every detail of her artwork.

We are absolutely thrilled with our order and would highly recommend this company.

We are also extremely impressed with the level of service provided by the members of staff.

The canvasses were wonderful - worth every penny and customer service is excellent too, and the delivery by Yodel was very straightforward. I would recommend Orbit to anyone looking for canvasses and certainly use it again.
Good value for money for a good product. I am a newspaper editor so I work with pictures all the time, and know good quality from bad.
What drew me to Orbit over other firms was, as well as the excellent prices in the sale, the fact that it had the facility where I could see the maximum size canvass I could go to with a picture to keep the good resolution. All the other sites seemed to dismiss the lower-res pictures out of hand, not allowing any canvasses - but Orbit's site meant I could use all my pictures, but just had to use some smaller to keep the quality.

Very impressive

Great quality and easy to use website , delivery and time was great , my wife was very happy with the canvas prints and so was I , I can't rely say anything tht would make it better because it was perfect thank you .

Poor product. Poor customer service.

Ordered a canvas print as a Christmas present. The frame was of poor quality (chipped edges which were visible as bumps on enges of the canvas). Also, there were a few small white cracks on the edges, that were well visible as the image was dark in those parts. Contacted customer service, sent photos of the defects. Orbit admitted that the canvas appears defective, but the offered resolution options were completely unreasonable: send canvas back or destroy it (and send pictures of that) -- and then wait for replacement. Neither was an option given the timing before Christmas. This is instead of sending a satisfactory replacement first and then collecting the faulty product -- something what majority of other retailers do. Not customer friendly.

Excellent product and service

We ordered a collage poster on early hours of Monday on ipad. We needed to do some changes , we sent the changes via email to their customer service and was very pleased with how fast they were. The changes was done and and on Tuesday order was dispatched. By Wednesday we had our poster. The whole process was fast and efficient. The results was excellent. Poster looks fabulous. Thank you for the product.

Fantastic, fast service

Ordered a canvas, was easy to do, uploaded my picture, chose what type of finishing I would like, and picture was dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. The quality of the print was fantastic. Will use orbit print every time now.

Outstanding

The end result was a great finish with a really quick turnaround. I was so glad you were able to accept my file via Dropbox. It made it so much easier for me as I was concerned about any degradation as a result of converting to Jpeg. But was delighted you could accept PSDs. I can't wait to get another project under way and get another photo mounted.

by Courier Delivery on Saturday Morning so Fantastic ! Service also I was delighted

Dreadful. Artwork was Royal, sign received was purple. Orbit Print refused to replace or refund

We ordered Correx signs from Orbit Print and sent Hi-Resolution Artwork which was a simple single colour & very clearly Royal.

The signs we received were purple, we have been unable to contact Orbit Print by phone. The e-mail response we have had claims the difference in colour is down to the fabric of the sign.

We regularly digitally print clothing & promotional items & whilst there is sometimes a slight difference in colour depending on the fabric NEVER does Royal become Purple.

I would recommend avoiding this company.

Poor quality products and service not that much better

ordered three items one photo Perspex one canvas and one photo poster which was to be laminated, on collection the photo Perspex had black marks on the photo, poor quality paper on the photo itself, and between the two Perspex there was what looked like sawdust. The photo poster wasn’t that much better either with again black marks on a poor quality print and where they had attached the laminate there were bubbles.

When I pointed this out I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong and was being picky with comments like ‘we haven’t had any other complaints’ they basically told me "thats the quality" and "they wouldn’t be re- printing" they then gave me my money back.
I have been using printing companies for over 30 years and was only attracted by the half price offer, I should have known you pay for what you get.
With all due respect most people have probably never ordered prints before so what they are getting they believe is good but believe me you’re not, other companies offer much better products.

I returned to my original supplier and I received good quality prints with no marks on the photos

Absolutely delighted with my purchase!!

I have a beautiful photograph of my children and grandchildren given to me as a birthday present. As I have recently redecorated my lounge I decided that a large canvas of the picture would be a great idea. I researched online and found lots of different companies. I chose Orbit Print because it was by far the most inexpensive. I did wonder if I had made the right decision because it was so much cheaper than others, but I have no doubt at all now that I did. They have been so helpful answering any questions both before and after I received my canvas. I did wonder if it would need any special treatment to stop fading but I was advised that this shouldn't be an issue. The original photograph was A3, and as I don't have an A3 scanner, I took a picture of the photograph and loaded it into my computer. I made slight adjustments to the colour as I wanted it to tone in with my furnishings. I was amazed and very pleased at the quality on the reproduced canvas. I also was most impressed by how quickly the product was delivered to my door. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic quality brilliant service great prices :)

I ordered on a Wednesday asked for a proof that arrived over night on Wednesday for Thursday morning. I agreed it delivery was booked for Wednesday the following week but to my amazement it arrived on Saturday. It is perfect I love it and would not use any one else for canvas, I have passed details on to at least three other people but almost want to keep you to my self xx

Failure to deliver in service and quality....Is NEVER an option with ORBIT

I discovered ORBIT about 2 years ago, totally by accident whilst searching for someone to use to print my images onto canvas, having Googled and come across them, I visited the site, and was instantly impressed by the site, ease of access and options.

So I decided to give them a try... and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed yet, They have delivered on everything that I have asked, be it to myself or items I have sent direct to others without even seeing the item first...That's how confident I am of using ORBIT.

I have always used the custom size facility, and have never been let down yet with their ability to produce the size and image I want. Some items have been extremely colour rich, some contained vast amount of black, each time I have been fully satisfied with the canvas I have received.

I confess I have yet to use any other service that they provide, but this is only because I have not needed to yet, but when I do need one of the many options that they offer, I wont hesitate to.

One final thing I would like to add is the following, which is important, is how they reacted when there was an issue....Now the issue was not directly anything they had done, more in line with the delivery service they use, Yodel... I did have an occasion where some very large canvasses had been shipped and had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting ORBIT and explaining what had happened. They immediately rectified the matter and sorted my problem out with speed and efficiency. and this action is one of the many reasons that I keep using them, as they have shown to be competent in everything they have done.

So I highly recommend using them, you have nothing to lose, lots to gain, and I am sure you will be impressed... plus I don't think you will get the quality at the price anywhere else..!

Canvas print was exceptional value for money, and the quality was outstanding

Ordered a 1m x 2m canvas, and it arrived looking perfect. The colours are superb, and the quality is far above what I expected. Outstandingly good value for money, will be using again in the future without a doubt.

Ok, so I ordered an A3 canvas from Orbit Print ltd. as my wife and I had our 1st baby on February the 16th, and we thought a great birthday prezzie for my mother would be a picture of my wife, our baby and myself that was taken the day after birth, so we went for it, the canvas and ordered in the week before the easter weekend, my mothers birthday was the 1st week in April so I hoped it would be through in time, and it arrived the day after the Easter Monday holiday! I mean WOW! that was fast, I ordered the canvas with a black border, framed and with an additional hanging kit, and it was worth every penny! To the point that now my mother plans on ordering a few for herself! I would definitely recommend any product from Orbit Print Ltd. As the service is amazing, the prices are fantastic, the website us so easy and straight forward to understand, as is the order process, but most importantly is the finished product is professional and of a high quality!, extremely happy with my purchase, and my mother was over the moon!

As a retired Pro Photographer, I still do the odd commission. It's difficult finding a photo print house that meets all your requirements; - Print Quality + Exceptional Customer Service+ Fast Turnaround+ Value for Money.
ORBIT PRINT seems to tick ALL the boxes. I have no problem in recommending Geraint and his team to anyone needing a quality product.

Fast and professional services

I experienced some diffulculty when trying to pay for my print on line. So i emailed orbit print the next day and within a couple of emails my order was completed. Once the order was completed with orbit print i recieved the print within a couple of days and was very impressed with the quilty. A very fast acting and professional services.Thankyou orbit print.

Great for huge custom canvas

I was a bit sceptical about purchasing from a company I'd never heard of before but after reading the reviews I took the plunge and ordered my 1.8m x 0.8m custom made canvas from one of my own pictures. Ordered on Wednesday and took free delivery option as was in no hurry and it was expected the following Tuesday. It arrived 3 days later on the Saturday, so delivery was excellent. Canvas was well packaged. The quality of the print is excellent and the size was correct. I went for the standard frame 44mm depth and its well put together. And saving the best bit till last the price was unbeatable, which makes the purchase so much better. I will be definitely using Orbit again based on this purchase.

I recently ordered a canvas of my son, I made a mistake while ordering and clicked on the no frame option, when I emailed orbit print to explain my mistake they were very quick in replying and extremely helpful I sent it back and working two days had it back again! The final product is stunning and of great quality! Would recommend them to anyone and will defiantly be using them again!

You get what you pay for, cheap

I have used Orbit print for posters before and they were great, this time however they were shockingly bad, quality of print was shocking, the colours have all bled and it looks like the picture was out of focus. I have had it reprinted locally which was twice the price but is a proper job, orbit are cheap bit if you cant use the print there is no price that it is ok.
In short, my experience so far is good for canvas dreadful for paper based printing

I am a photographer, quality and service matters a lot. The quality in there canvases was outstanding, the colours and overall canvas was perfect, delivery was faster than I thought, and it was carefully packed also.
there service couldn’t be faulted at all , after making a mistake in my order I contacted orbit to explain and within minutes my order had been amended by a helpful , cheerful man on the end of the phone .not only is this company brilliant there prices are delightful to the eye . What more could be wished for... Makes my life so much easier knowing I have a good printing company I can rely on at all times
