My first order with Orbit was for a canvas print I was sending directly to a friend as a present. I had to rely on customer reviews and hope that the quality was good as I wouldn't be seeing it before my friend did! I wasn't let down. Despite Orbit being closed on the day I ordered (an auto-response email advised the situation was due to the heavy snowfall in their area) I received the proof the very next day, which after consulting with my friend, I gave the go-ahead and two days later the canvas was delivered safe and sound to my friend's address. He was very happy with the quality and I was impressed with the fast turnaround and regular contact from Orbit on progress.
A week later I had another request for a canvas from my mother and didn't need to think twice about using Orbit. This time I was getting the canvas sent to me so I could check the quality and I wasn't disappointed. Again, the whole process was very quick, a turnaround of just 3 days.
With regards to quality, I have been using the "email images" option as it allows files up to 20MB which is more than adequate for printing at A2-A3 sizes, really simple to use and retains very good quality/sharpness.
Overall, I am very happy with Orbit and will be using them again for future printing.
