NO if it's last minute..... JUST STRESS MY ADVICE USE OTHER COMPANIES!!
Everything looked perfect, next day delivery guaranteed, e-mail with tracking number, great. The next day I spent the whole day at home waiting for courier. Start to be worried after 5pm. checked the track and it was showing that it's been delivered at 2pm to our neighbour. Found it strange I didn't hear the bell but I start my journey to all 10 neighbours asking if they picked up my parcel but no luck. Went back to my tracking number and start to call courier company Yodel , several calls and no luck of course [still waiting for my phone bill surprise]. I was trying for over 2 hours and finally get through to them after 8pm. Not helpful lady asked me for my tracking number 3 times, then said it is no matching my address so I have been given wrong number and she is not able to help me. She took my address spelling twice to her again but said she has no deliveries to this address so I need to contact Orpbit Prints. She won't help me. Try to contact Orbit but as it was after 8pm impossible. Wrote e-mail to them that showed I am 24 [or similar] in the queue VERY HELPFUL. It is over 10 days now but they still didn't answer my complaint e-mail. Most likely I am still in the queue. Going back to Yodel magically we got the parcel delivered after 9.15 pm...funny enough as they were saying they don't have any parcels to our address!!!! Bad service...my advice change your courier company, check the tracking numbers before you sent them to clients, answer your e-mails or have an emergency contact number!!! I wish I choose other company as there were plenty... stress, waste of time on the phone it makes a NOT AGAIN!
