Two suggestions about deliveries
About delivery - have place at the time of order to make alternative arrangements if no one at home
More notice of delivery time - the email with the time slot arrived a few hours ahead of the delivery - too late to make alternative arrangements particularly for people who work
And also - could you give more information on colour - I usually buy oKsa, don't know the terms they use for this season's colours - and photo on website often not a good guide. Could you have a swatch of colour with their label?
Don't understand your invoice - it doesn't add up - I think you owe me some pence, and what is UK charge?
I bought the same item in two sizes and therefore had to return one. Delivery was efficient but I live some distance from the town centre/post office and found it difficult to make the 7 day return deadline. Jaeger have a much more customer friendly 10 day deadline and use DHL to collect returns (called an authorised return). This makes shopping from them easy and I buy a lot. Much as I love Oska clothes, I am more likely to buy in the one local shop stocking (a limited supply of) them because the risk of being unable to comply with returns rules is too high.
