Impressive and dissapointed
I think your service is excellant my only grievance is that at Christmas time I purchased a jacket and 2 days later it was in the sale reduced by £120.00. I felt a little cheated as I have spent quite a lot of money with you over the months.

My gilet arrived earlier than expected. It was just as described and the sizing and proportions were perfect for my figure. So often they are too short, loved the soft ivory white too.

Absolutely fabulous service.
Had to exchange a hat purchased for a bigger size. Posted the hat off on Monday.
Receipt was immediately acknowledged on Tueaday (great to know safely received).
Notified that new hat had been despatch on Tueaday. Received new hat on Thursday.
Absolutely fabulous service and was kept notified of the progress of the order at all times.

great products, speedy delivery & helpful staff.
I placed my order on line on a Wednesday afternoon, realised I'd ordered the wrong item & rang them to see if my order could be changed, the person I spoke to was great & quickly changed my order with no fuss. I had selected economy delivery which I was expecting to take around a week to arrive, it arrived on the Friday morning. Brilliant service & I'll be ordering again soon!

Very fast delivery , properly packed
The jacket I purchased is a second from the same type- Peel- different color.
Very good, clever design, properly arranged £ several pockets, fastening with 2 options- button and zip.
If Barbour make respective hoods with respective color >this will be perfect jacket.
The Outdoor & Country Store can improve a bit the web site, registration etc.
How for example you change your E-mail now?

second hand jacket sold to me
The trouble I've had to get my money back from this company, received emails then they stopped, I had to attack there facebook wall of which they have deleted all comments but 1 to get an answer they say we have refunded the money I haven't received it they wanted to check the jacket perhaps they should have done that in the start.

Quick and efficient
Ordered a pair of hunter wellies expected them to arrive around 5 days later so I couldn't believe it when the next day they arrived!! The box wasn't even battered and needless to say I love them so thank u so much for your quick and efficientness

The coat is all right, but the transport was less

Slow turnaround for returns
Slow to replace return items,
I posted the Item Thursday, confirmed received Friday, still not posted replacement size and its the following Tuesday.

Outdoor & Country Store is the place where you can find the best and largest choice of
Barbour clothing and shoes when you live out of United Kingdom. I highly appreciate the way their customers are treated and especially the fastness of delivery.
Just a little regret: I have placed an order for a splendid pair of Westoe brogues which was supposed to be proposed in 2 colours,mahogany and tan but I never have found the picture of tan item on the page. However my mahogany brogues please to me...and to my wife.that is to say..peace at home.
Go on your way,it's a good job and I'll be back soon for further orders.

I ordered a Barbour Enfield from Outdoor and Country, as Barbour by Mail does not ship internationally. The jacket was shipped immediately, at a reasonable shipping fee. Site is thoroughly recommended!
