This was the cheapest stockist of the drugs i needed for my sick dog- the company were really helpful in advising me the quickest way to send off my prescription & get the drugs delivered. I was really impressed with their effiency & service - highly recommended. I will use them again - thankyou

Prompt delivery, competitive price.
First time purchase, so I was a little cautious about which site to use. Thought the perscription charge was a little steep and the consultancy form didn't seem to be acknowledged by email. However, my purchase was delivered within 3 days, and more importantly , they were the original trade mark product. Would use again.

Great prices, terrible customer service.
Placed a confirmed order on 25th April but the order was not dispatched until I queried where it was on the 2nd May (interesting timing - suggests it was forgotten about/lost until I queried it).
Even though I paid for Special Delivery (which is next day) the order didn't actually turn up until the 8th May. The order had a tracking code so that tells me Special Delivery was not used but rather a much cheaper tracked option.

Thanks for taking the time to give us a review. I am sorry that your order took such a long time to dispatch. It was indeed sent special delivery which does have a tracking number. I am sorry you didnt receive communication from us regarding your order. Unfortunately the manufacturers sometimes restrict our supply and we were unable to obtain one of your products until it was released on 1st May. I understand this is frustrating and I apologise for the poor service you have received.

Straightforward, quick, good price!
Easy to navigate website, goods ordered and even though I had a private subscription (which I had to post to Oxford Online to receive medication) my order was acknowledged, despatched (I was notified again of despatch) and including my having to post prescription after order goods were received by me within a week of initial order. Now I have registered with Oxford I will certainly use this service again.

Great Service that I will use again & again
This is a great service that was simple and easy to use and see through to the end.
I found the web site easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The questionnaire was straight forward but also detailed and precise. The time it took for a doctor to review my answers and get back to me was very quick (within the hour). Once the order was accepted the delivery time was also very quick arriving the next day. I can strongly recommend this service and will continue to do so myself again for a long time to come.

quick and easy service
Finding a quality pharmacist on-line is quite difficult as most prices are identical to high street prices. So what is the point? you know that is you go to Boots and buy it direct you get good service. But this chemist was £25 cheaper than Boots and the goods arrived within a couple of days. I will definetly be using this company again and again. First Class service throughout. Thank you

'Swap shop' lives on!
Having sent my prescription to them I was very surprised to receive a substitute drug with no explanation for the change. This was over a week ago and I have had no reply to my email which I sent asking for an explanation for the swap and information about the relative strengths of the drugs.
