They take your money, send shoddy goods and I can't get my refund.

Over three months ago I purchased goods from Pabo.com. I had to return some of the items because of poor sizing and poor quality. Several months later I am still trying to get a refund. They answer the phone and say they'll do it but they never do. They ignore all emails. DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES.

BEWARE >BEWARE< BEWARE< BEWARE. you have been warned

This company is terrible, they do not answer any questions, They have not returned my refund and I have the receipt from the post office, the goods were all sizes.
The quality is really bad.
I am fed up trying to contact them so I am applying to the county courts to get my money back. I will gladly be passing the dept onto bailiffs.

Consistent - Poor Customer Service, painful to deal with, BE WARNED

I recently ordered goods from Pabo but one of the items I ordered was faulty. I spoke to their customer services was asked to send the item back, using THEIR postage account (as part of their free returns service). They claim that they did not receive it, and because they only used a 2nd class Post Office parcel service it's wasn't tracked. I now therefore begin the painful process of obtaining a refund, and having actually placed orders with 5 similar companies at the same time I have to agree with many others that Pabo is a sub standard vendor, and don't deserve your hard earned money.

Of the 5 companies not only were Pabo the slowest to process our order, they were also the most difficult to get on the phone (in this day and age their communication is truly awful), they took all of the payment straight away - even though they only partially shipped the order, and finally the delivery took twice as long as the 4th slowest. Of the 5 orders placed I actually returned items to 2 of them - and unsurprisingly the other one passed without hitch. Well done Lovehoney.co.uk.

So in summary, Pabo appears to be a very lightly staffed, cash hungry organisation and all customers are to them is money. If you're happy to wait weeks for your order, have no consistent communication channel, and accept that if you order an item from them it's very difficult/painful to return, or indeed after reading some of their other bad reviews cancel an order in progress apparently, then they could be for you but IMO please don't be swayed by their slightly cheaper pricing - you can easily pay that back ten fold with Pabo in both time, and frustration.

All in all Not at all recommended. I will not be using them again, and do not recommend anyone else use them either. If it doubt run a google search for PABO reviews - very interesting read

Poor customer service, slow delivery, not within UK

Upon placing order it only acknowledged that the parcel would be dispatched 7 days later....this from an internet shop. I then sent an email requesting why, the auto response said I would receive in 48 hrs. I waited 48hrs and no response so contacted them. The person said it would be dispatched that day and I would recieve an email, it was not so contacted again only to advise that it would be dispatched this week and items may have been out of stock. No mention of that when I placed the order. And they are based in the netherlands (no immediate mention on the website so lead to believe they are in the UK) so delievery will take longer than in the UK. They also have you holding for about 10 minutes before answering the phone....possibly a money generator.

All in all....very poor service from a web base company.

Sorted eventually.

I recently placed an order on Pabo for 7 lingerie sets.

Upon receiving my order, I had a note in the the parcel to inform me that 2 of the
lingerie sets I had ordered where out of stock and that I had been provided with a substitute item. When I looked at my invoice it shows the items which were sold out and underneath it shows the item number it was supposed to be replaced with, which was also out of stock, leaving me with no replacement for my items yet I have still been charged for them! I contacted them about it and didn't receive a reply so I had to open a dispute through Paypal to receive a refund.

BAD!

Placed a order. It was nearly a whole 3 weeks before they ship it! And they over charged me at the end. The total on the checkout form and what they had taken out of my account was wrong! E mailed them about it. And i still have not had a reply.. Thats now been 7 days!
