I recently placed an order on Pabo for 7 lingerie sets.
Upon receiving my order, I had a note in the the parcel to inform me that 2 of the
lingerie sets I had ordered where out of stock and that I had been provided with a substitute item. When I looked at my invoice it shows the items which were sold out and underneath it shows the item number it was supposed to be replaced with, which was also out of stock, leaving me with no replacement for my items yet I have still been charged for them! I contacted them about it and didn't receive a reply so I opened a dispute through Paypal and they have just ignored it!
I've been charged for things that I haven't received and they haven't done ANYTHING to rectify this, which makes me a very unhappy customer!
Both family members and I have been shopping at Pabo for a good few years and have placed numerous orders, which have, before now, had always been perfect and at one time I would of recommended Pabo to anyone as I always received good service but now I will be telling people to steer clear and most certainly will not be shopping there again!
Placed a order. It was nearly a whole 3 weeks before they ship it! And they over charged me at the end. The total on the checkout form and what they had taken out of my account was wrong! E mailed them about it. And i still have not had a reply.. Thats now been 7 days!
