A perfect hat-trick!
Being a bit blonde I need to wear a hat to protect my face from sunburn as I am a big cricket fan and spend a lot of the summer squinting into the sun watching the game. After last year's washout summer I decided to treat my self to a decent hat that would a) keep my head dry and b) provide shade when/if the sun came out. I had been admiring the range of Tilley hats for some time and decided to take the plunge. The goods (sandals) were exactly as described, arrived promptly and were much more competitively priced than I'd seen the same item anywhere else. The charge for postage was conservative too i.e. the postage charged was quite a bit less than the true cost. I'd happily shop here again.

Approaching Perfection!
Buying a pair of approach shoes from Pack Your Bags online was a very easy experience. Their website was informative and clear, with a fantastic selection of gear. Pack Your Bags were excellent in communicating by e-mail each step of the order. The delivery was super fast, with what I found to be the best price on the web. Genuine goods at genuinely good proces

Good products, but promised discount did not work, and I am a returning customer....
I ordered some of the mesh packing bags for a friend, as she had admired mine, and was delighted go get an email offering a 5% discount so rushed to order some. Imagine my disappointment when I went right through the site to paying but with no opportunity to claim my discount. I even sent an email to Customer Services to enquire why it had not been usable, no reply, another black mark!

The quality of the products and the service provided are second to none.
It was the first time I had ordered anything from "Pack your bags". Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size hat. Combined hat and net arrived on time in good condition. The hat is a bit of a tight fit (no size option given) but net is very good. Had great difficulty getting hat back into carrying pouch. Not going to use it for few months but looks as if it will do the job
