I made my first order online to send a parcel and made a bodge job of it by accidentally duplicating my order. I made contact with someone (Charlotte) from customer services on live chat and she sorted it out for me in just a couple of minutes and refunded me by putting credit onto my account. Because I'm now going to be a regular customer this wasn't a problem for me. I have found parcels2go to be the best value for parcel delivery and so far they've also provided great customer service.
Despite what 95% of people on here are saying my city link experiences have been great! always delivered on time in great condition undamaged package, driver on time and friendly! Highly recommended

2 days of failed pick ups and waiting in all day both times. I had long conversations each time using the online chat facility (suspect over seas centre with insufficient powers to resolve, also fake UK soft sounding female names as a front) only to be offered yet another failed pick up date...when asked to passed on to management or to be given the email addresses / phone numbers of someone to help resolve I received stone wall no, I am the highest person you are able to talk to. If you enjoy frustration, dreadful customer service with no parcel collection and still pay for the privilege then I recommend this company.
