Diane is a pleasure to work with, when booking in parcels to go internationally, I'm not the best on a computer so if i go wrong Diane can always fix it for me and she is so funny a true asset to the sales team
Waiting for and order from eBay and the sender choose parcels2go to send via myhermes. 48hr delivery and still waiting 7days later. I've used myhermes directly many times and never had a problem. You can't get any information through the parcels2go live chat just fake appologise and lies. They are cheap for a reason, because they don't give a stuff, the more people use them the more they can take your money and not deliver your items.Pay the little extra and go direct, then you will get a straight answer.
Hi just like to say what a great service Live-chat is on the Parcels2Go web page. Had a major problem with a parcel delivery to Greece (my fault entirely) . Spoke with agent Sammie Taylor this morning and got everything sorted brilliantly in a few minutes. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to send parcels abroad at a very reasonable price and quick delivery. Must have used this service half a dozen times in the last 18 months and it has never let me down.
I will update this review once my parcel has been delivered and returned back to me. This is my experience so far. I used Parcels2go to send a very valuable item to the USA for repair. I was able to send it for half the price quoted on the official couriers site due to Parcels2go. As this was my first international courier experience I was a bit anxious but the Parcels2go people sent me an email explaining everything and taking me step by step through the whole process making it as easy as posting a letter. I also have to mention the fabulous online Live Chat facility which I used when having difficulty with the USA postcode system. Did the online chat thing with an extremely friendly and courteous assistant named Samantha and minutes later she had me sorted out and moving forward again. A great experience so far and I will be trusting Parcels2go again to bring my parcel back if they can do it for the same great price and with the same great service. Very highly recommended. :0).
I made my first order online to send a parcel and made a bodge job of it by accidentally duplicating my order. I made contact with someone (Charlotte) from customer services on live chat and she sorted it out for me in just a couple of minutes and refunded me by putting credit onto my account. Because I'm now going to be a regular customer this wasn't a problem for me. I have found parcels2go to be the best value for parcel delivery and so far they've also provided great customer service.
2 days of failed pick ups and waiting in all day both times. I had long conversations each time using the online chat facility (suspect over seas centre with insufficient powers to resolve, also fake UK soft sounding female names as a front) only to be offered yet another failed pick up date...when asked to passed on to management or to be given the email addresses / phone numbers of someone to help resolve I received stone wall no, I am the highest person you are able to talk to. If you enjoy frustration, dreadful customer service with no parcel collection and still pay for the privilege then I recommend this company. Copy's of the conversation transcripts taken.
