Fits perfectly, as should be expected for a Mazda supplied part, and without needing to make any adjustments myself. Seems to do just what I wanted in keeping boot clean and dry. I expect this to last a long time so hard to write an accurate review after just a couple of weeks

After numerous phone calls to other dealers i am glad that i spoke to Dave Garth.His knowledge was second to none and nothing was too much trouble.Knows the product and fully aware of customer service.I wish all Mazda parts departments were this good.
Good customer service is more than handling customers who have problems (that's a complaint dept.). It begins with the first contact a customer has with your company. Good customer service looks like this: Make sure you represent a product or service you believe in! Then...Warm, sincere greeting on first contact. Establish whether your business has what the customer needs (offer to help find it)-provide it or suggest better alternative, to their benefit. Develop an easy, positive rapport with the customer which lets them know they are respected and appreciated. Provide an easy way to complete the transaction. Sincerely and warmly thank the customer for their business and invite them to come back if ever they need your help again (in whatever way is appropriate in your case). Actually, that's excellent customer service- and it keeps people coming back to you. I worked in customer service for several years and prided myself on trying to be the best I could.
Orderd a full set of mats & boot liner for my Mazda, all were dilivered ok, BUT...... if you have 4 mats with 2 holes in each, how many fixing clips do you need !!!!!!! yep I thought it was 8 but someone decided to send me 4??? Fortunatly with a phone call that I should not have had to make, I have been promised the outstanding clips sometime today? 15/07/13 (main order dilivered friday 12/07/13) Fingers crossed. On a positive note maybe the orders should be cheeked more methodical. P.S. Dave Garth was most helpful.
