I tried last night to complete a quote on the internet and gave up half way through, came into work this morning and had recieved an email i dialed the number and the lady was excellent she took all my details was very friendly and her customer service was outstanding, i will use the service again and have already given the number to one of my friends. I work on a servicedesk so good customer service is paramount well done.
I have recently been diagnosed with a heart complaint and at the time never gave a thought to travel insurance. When I came to renew my insurance with my usual insurance company I was told that they would cover my husbands travel but not mine. Of course I was quite distressed about this as we had been with them for a number of years. On surfing the net I found it difficult to find a company that would cover me and if they did it was at a very high cost. Then someone suggested I tried looking on the British Heart Foundation site which I did and found a link to payingtoomuch.com. What a relief, after filling in the questionnaire about my illness not only did they find a company to cover me but at a price we could afford. I cannot rate them highly enough, the staff were great and very helpful when I had to ring for a query. Give them a try you wont be disappointed!
Easy to use straight forward and the travel insurance website we found via payingtoomuch.com was a great find, good price and cover for my 86 year Father in Law who was well pleased.
Used this website a couple of times and find it BRILLIANT. It can save hours of work especially if you have a medical condition. If you have a query there is a "real" person at the other end of the phone who is an expert in the field, no "I'll have to ask my supervisor". Have recommended the site to a couple of friends (who have used it) and were very grateful for the advice. I can not recommend it enough.
Easy to complete online form but I had a couple of queries as the questions were a little ambiguous. Called and got the 'leave details and we'll call you back'. I did and they did and as the quote was competitive I decided to look no further and bought the policy. I really hope I don't have to claim but of course that may alter my current good feelings.

Having had a high street travel insurance decline my application for what I considered to be a 'cured' condition, I was delighted that this company selected a company for me that took account of my existing chronic back conditions without demur. I received an excellent treatment over the phone and the transaction was completed speedily even after discussion of existing medical conditions. I just hope that their claims record will match up in the same way (as insurance companies in general are keen to take your money but can then make it almost impossible to make a legitimate claim)

I needed to sort out my life insurance so that I can get on with enjoying my life knowing that I can put aside enough to pay for funeral costs when the time comes and leave a small gift for each of my family. I already have a number of policies in place but I prefer to look for something less complicated by cancelling them and having just one policy if possible. I dont know if the whole thing is going ahead at the moment and am awaiting confirmation. I completed the application form on line but stopped at the part where you needed bank details etc. and preferred to ring instead. I spoke to Steve Rayner who I have to say was just great and put my mind at rest about everything. I was formerly a Customer Service manager for a large company and still believe in appreciating great service which , whether the policy goes ahead or not, I was grateful to find it still around.
