Best price quality shoes
I have bought all my english shoes from pediwear over the last three years; they provide the best quality english made northampton shoes for the best price. They are prompt on orders or queries and offer the highest standard of customer service. I need no other shoe supplier ever again. I live in Australia now where shoes are double the cost of them in the uk, yet I now receive the zero VAT rate so they are just as cheap, if not cheaper than buying in the UK. Thanks guys.

Excellent service, products-happy customer
I ordered my Loake shoes in end of April. When they gave me the sales acknowledgement they were honest and indicated that there was a back log and the shoes would only ship at the end of May. I had no problems with this since their service is superb. My shoes actually arrived 2 weeks earlier. - it was worth the wait. Shoes are fabulous and service was superb.

Good products, but need to improve inspecting/ packaging process
First of all, I appreciate Pediwear provide a change for worldwide buyers to buy really nice UK made shoes under reasonable price.
However, after receiving two orders of Loake shoes which has dents on the sample position, I have to say Pediwear should pay more attention on their inspecting and packaging process. Otherwise, it would reduce buyers’ trust to keep shipping on their website.

I am a Japanese customer and it took almost 20 days to receive the item I ordered, due to the international delivery, but the company often informed me with the status timely. Even when it took almost 5 days in Tokyo, staying just remained there, but the company investigated and explained the reason was Japanese Customs processing with the latest information. Following the information, I actually received the item as scheduled. Very reliable, trustworthy company. Good experience! Thanks.

THE BEST Online shopping/service experience I have had. KUDOS.
This is the second time I have used this service, both times the service was EXCEPTIONAL. I reside in Australia and the time taken start to finish from order to delivery was 8 days!!. The staff are polite and across all product knowledge and prompt with replies. The attention to detail and quality was also exceptional indeed my first pair of shoes which, according to quality control showed some scuffing on one sole and for which they reduced the price by another 10% ( I would never have noticed) such honesty is rare indeed. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

Love the product but the site could improve.
I like the site but the format is not as user-friendly as it could be. People have fast internet connections these days so allow us to see an entire catalogue of a company on a single page without having to click through multiple pages. And lighten the colours up. Buying shoes is fun, and the mood of the site should reflect that. I received my shoes this morning and they are great and cant wait for my next outing to wear them. And they are te cheapest for Grenson and Crockett and Jones, even when shipped to Australia.

Thank you for your comments. We have made a number of changes as a direct result of feedback such as yours, I think the idea regarding reducing the number of pages when browsing products is particularly worthy of consideration.
We will be making quite a few changes to the website over the next year, many of which will address your concerns.
However we can't help feeling a little disappointed when we receive a 3 star review. Most of our reputation and indeed our excellent rating on TrustPilot is built on our customer service and delivery of fine footwear and accessories. In the case of size does not match ready for any of the options from the exchange to another model to a full refund of the money.
The only thing I would like bolshii advice on the selection of shoes to fit on the stage of the order, because live dealer sees what goes in the size of the firm and which differ

Pediwear did exactly what they promised - get me some great shoes for a good price and deliver them to me (in New Zealand) in a timely fashion.
One thing I would say is that the website could be improved. It gives the impression that Pediwear is not that professional, but the service contradicts that. Overall very happy.

Great shoes, great service and great value.
Pediwear provides great value in every sense of the word, high quality products for great prices and customer service of the type that high end retailers should be providing, which unfortunately they are not. The extras they throw in with your purchase, the discounts for repeat purchasing, the fast shipping, pediwear epitomises high quality online retailing. The only (minor) issue is the dated feel of their website, which is still very user friendly but was probably designed in '04!

Great products, value and service
Pediwear has a extensive collection of shoes and it's easy to find what you are looking for. There's a great search facility that allows you to find shoes by size (including wide fittings) and colour. Prices are better than the shops and the best online.
I've bought all my shoes from Pediwear over the past 10 years. They are always delivered on time and there have never been any problems. Fantastic if, like me, you hate going to the shops.

My shopping experience at pediwear has been very satisfying... It is very easy to place the order on their website. Their customer services is without doubt a 5 star experience.
