Great value, esecially compared to the manufacturer's website.
I tried and tried to get a pair of Grensons shipped to my country of residence (Qatar) but was shot down every time by that company's antiquated online ordering system. Pediwear had the same shoes I wanted for less and threw in a wooden shoe tree and a tin of good wax for free. Shipped in 6 days. Very pleased. Thanks.

Service beyond the call of duty
Very pleased once again to be able to buy shoes online at Pediwear. As Trickers boots last a long time it's all too infrequent that you end up here looking for replacements. The site is as good as ever, with a very extensive range - though not always your size in stock - I'm very certain that they would help out finding precisely your size. Prices have soared, of course, but the amazing thing is that Pediwear remembers me and my previous orders, and enough that I could re-claim a long-dormant discount, for being a 'Trickers Club' member. That helps bring down the price. But what is important is that you feel taken care of - like family - this feels like a family business, replete with the photo of 'redbrick' shopfront in Halifax. The shoes don't seem to emanate from some MegaWebStore warehouse, but from real people who care about what they are selling - the details like adding a tin of polish and hand written message, all count in the sometimes and otherwise impersonal experience of shopping online.
The boots I ordered were part of the Trickers Pediwear collection, not available elsewhere in 'redbrick' shops. Perhaps Pediwear could extend the collection and include a series of limited edition designs with whacky interpretations on the theme of brogues and boots ?

Outstanding, speedy service!
Living in the States, we value quality workmanship combined with a fast, efficient and helpful service on all things we buy. Pediwear fits that need exactly and my beautiful suede brogues (Jack) arrived promptly, in perfect condition and surpassed my expectations. Thank you for leaving a review on TrustPilot. We are disappointed to hear you were not happy with the delivery time. At the time you placed your order we responded advising that your item would take up to 6 working days to arrive. I see from the tracking information that in fact took seven working days.
We are always disappointed when we do not reach our delivery target - we usually deliver much more quickly. However we did have a slight back log in our department leading up to Easter - and the fact that there was a four day weekend over Easter meant that your delivery did take much longer than it would have done usually.

Highest quality service, best price, quick delivery. The best.
I have ordered from them three times now. The first time was for a valet box with Loake polishes. I asked them to change a color I wouldn't need for another at the timeof order. It arrived quickly, with the color I requested added. This is a prime example of real service and attention to detail so often lacking in online retail.
My second order had 5 items. It was delayed slightly, but I was kept informed by Pediwear staff. It arrived as promised, everything in order.
Along with th service, the price and quick shipping make this the best company in online retail. Excellent.

Great customer service
The item i ordered arrived with Pediwear and they noticed a colour difference from the image on thier website. I was contacted advised of the issues. Also the order had to be with me by a certain date and Pediwear tried everyhing to get to me on time.
It arrived on time and was as expected. Brilliant service.

Late delivery but customer service response is still OK
Your delivery arrangement is bad so that I cannot catch up an important ceremony with my new shoes. I regret about this for my 1st experience in Pediwear.

We advised you that your order would take up to 12 working days (for delivery to Hong Kong) on 15th March. According to our records your order was signed for on 5th April. Unfortunately there were two public holidays in the UK over the Easter holidays which often leads to longer delivery times (weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the term 'working days').
As a result, your order was only one day late according to our original estimated delivery time.
Whilst we are always disappointed when we do not reach our target, we hope you might reconsider your assessment in view of the fact that public holidays have almost certainly contributed to the delay, and that we were actually only one day over our estimated delivery time.
We look forward to your response and hope that we can restore your faith in our company. As you will see from our many positive reviews, the vast majority of our orders are delivered well within our estimated delivery times.

This is my second purchase from Pediwear and again a pair of Loake's.
A much bigger selection of shoes to choose from than anywhere else I found and crucially, cheaper.
I also received a discount as it was my second order and i'd been added to the Loake shoe club on the first purchase.
Proper wood shoe trees included in the order AND a free tie from a pretty reasonable selection.
Order arrived safely and well packaged.

Brilliant service - delivery when expected
Apart from the fact that one style of shoes were not in stock until April - which was not their fault- and this delayed the order while I chose an alternative the service was brilliant, they sent what I ordered and told me when to expect it.
I would have liked a partial dispatch while awaiting the style I ordered originally but I have no complaints otherwise.
