Great customer service
The item i ordered arrived with Pediwear and they noticed a colour difference from the image on thier website. I was contacted advised of the issues. Also the order had to be with me by a certain date and Pediwear tried everyhing to get to me on time.
It arrived on time and was as expected. Brilliant service.

Good selection of brands and good prices
I found what I was looking for and to a good price. There was some delay to the delivery but I was compensated with a small gift that came with my delivery.
Will probably shop here again.

Completely satisfied with purchase.
Customer service response to an inquiry prior to ordering was prompt (within a day). Once my purchase was shipped I received it in the United States in approximately 4 days. No complaints with the quality of product.

Late delivery but customer service response is still OK
Your delivery arrangement is bad so that I cannot catch up an important ceremony with my new shoes. I regret about this for my 1st experience in Pediwear.
I hope you can do something to make me confident to Pediwear again.

Thank you for TrustPilot review - we are always disappointed when we do not receive a five star review.
We advised you that your order would take up to 12 working days (for delivery to Hong Kong) on 15th March. According to our records your order was signed for on 5th April. Unfortunately there were two public holidays in the UK over the Easter holidays which often leads to longer delivery times (weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the term 'working days').
As a result, your order was only one day late according to our original estimated delivery time.
Whilst we are always disappointed when we do not reach our target, we hope you might reconsider your assessment in view of the fact that public holidays have almost certainly contributed to the delay, and that we were actually only one day over our estimated delivery time.
We look forward to your response and hope that we can restore your faith in our company. As you will see from our many positive reviews, the vast majority of our orders are delivered well within our estimated delivery times.

Great value. Love the extras.
This is my second purchase from Pediwear and again a pair of Loake's.
A much bigger selection of shoes to choose from than anywhere else I found and crucially, cheaper.
I also received a discount as it was my second order and i'd been added to the Loake shoe club on the first purchase.
Proper wood shoe trees included in the order AND a free tie from a pretty reasonable selection.
Order arrived safely and well packaged.

Brilliant service - delivery when expected
Apart from the fact that one style of shoes were not in stock until April - which was not their fault- and this delayed the order while I chose an alternative the service was brilliant, they sent what I ordered and told me when to expect it.
I would have liked a partial dispatch while awaiting the style I ordered originally but I have no complaints otherwise.

Son in law gift
Ordered a Loake shoe as a Easter present for my son in law and had a slight problem with the web page (may have been me) but a quick phone call and all was well. Received the goods by return plus extra little gift very nice touch. Would highly recommend price and service very good.

Great prices, great service
Pediwear makes buying English made shoes in the US easy. I have purchased several pairs of shoes so far and have been pleased with each transaction. Prices are typically lower than US retailers - even including shipping from the UK. Pediwear also has a customer friendly returns policy. I would recommend the company to a friend.

Good service, good price, good product
Buying clothing and footwear on line is always a little bit risky when it comes to the sizing, and especially when you're purchasing from far away in Australia, making returns both inconvenient and expensive. I'm pleased I took the decision to buy a pair of quality shoes through Pediwear, and I was delighted at the efficiency of the service. Even better was the discount offered for further purchases, which I took up when in the market for another pair of quality shoes almost a year later. Once again, I experienced speedy reliable service, a more than competitive price and a high level of satisfaction with the shoes when they arrived soon afterwards. I would certainly buy from Pediwear again and recommend this company without reservation to others.

From Telephone, to post, to delivery - a professional service at a good price.
Well, they were reccomended by Shoehealer from Doncaster, who did not stock my size. I was able to obtain a sale pair of Trickers (almost unheard of) from Pediwear at a very good price indeed. The personnel in the shop in Halifax kept the shoes back for me until i was able to place an order on line. Although the delivery was fast, there was a slight delay which was notified to me by email. This was not a problem, and they also included a free shoehorn and a tin of polish with my order.
A t the risk of sounding a bit OTT, it was worthwhile knowing that i may be able to obtain further pairs of Trickers (very expensive) if I keep cheking out the Pediwear www site.

Perfect shoes not very satisfactory packaging
Hope the website should reinforce the packing, when it ship to worldwide in the future.

In direct response to previous TrustPilot reviews we improved our packaging approximately twelve months ago. We now reinforce all items with corrugated packaging. Occasionally unfortunately parcels are sometimes intercepted by customs and hastily repackaged which can lead customers to think that we have not adequately packaged their goods.
I would be grateful if you could advise us of the specific reasons you were concerned about the packaging - it is our responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with you in perfect condition.

Wonderful shoes quality

In order to offer as wide a range of shoes as is possible, we do list all styles and sizes which we believe to be available at short notice from the manufacturer, as well as those that we have in stock.
Though we try to keep our site as up to date as possible, unfortunately there will always occasionally be styles in certain sizes or colours for which there may be a delay or they are unavailable.
We are always happy to provide advice on availability before you order - just email us and we will reply within one working day.

A Very Good Experience. Thank you so much!!!!
I have had issues with finding a certain brand name(ecco) in my size which the biggest is 13+1/2 here in the U.S. I wear a 15.They are the only ones I wear for work and since I stand a lot are the most comfortable of any shoe I have ever owned. I just about gave up ever finding them again and "very fortunetly" came across Pediwear and just wanted to express how grateful I am with finding my size and then also the VERY smooth transaction in buying and receiving a short time later. I will be buying shoes here from now on.
