All orders made with us going to the UK for over £20 will be sent for free using Royal Mail. Most courier companies give a large window of possible delivery time which is not convenient for most whereas almost everyone knows when their postman comes and in our experience Royal Mail are very efficient, careful and inexpensive, this means your items get to you quickly, are not likely to go missing or be damaged and our prices do not have to be inflated to cover expensive delivery costs.

We aim to answer all emails sent during the working day within an hour. We check emails several times over weekends and holidays to make sure that you do not have to wait too long when you ask a question about an order or enquiry.

We hold a large amount of stock and can therefore normally dispatch orders the same working day if made before 3pm. Because we hold lots of Pelikan products, we can often supply the unusual nib sizes, pens or ink colours for you quickly and when others cannot.
