wagging tails
I have 4 dogs and they were all very excited to see what came in the mail for them. They went through the box so fast I had no time to take a picture. Next month I will.

Wow! Tiny!
My dogs loved the bones that I purchased for them but I was a little shocked by the size of the bones. I thought that they would have been a little bigger than what they were. Both of them finished eating the bones in no time at all. I was hoping that it would last them and keep them busy for a while. I probably will not buy them anymore unless the bones get bigger for the price or the price gets smaller for the size they are now. The mini Z bone lasted less than a minute for my Pocket Beagle and the regular Z bone only took about 1 1/2 minutes for my Cocker Spaniel to eat.

Impressed with the selection and prices of products
I'm always on the hunt for a better way to buy Blue Grain Free. It isn't the most expensive pet food, but at $50 a bag every month, every little bit helps. I placed my order with PetFlow because I had a Groupon and I hoped to save some money on Blue. While I was on the website, I found all kinds of Grain Free treats, pet-safe toys and accessories for my diet-sensitive Springer Spaniel. For the price of a normal bag of Blue Grain Free at PetSmart, I got 4 bags of treats, a bag of Blue Grain Free, a night-time LED accessory, AND the shipping. I placed my order on a Friday evening and had everything in hand by the following Wednesday. Excellent service!

Good first experience
Having been recommended to Petflow by satisfied friends, I purchased a box of treats for my dog and an "impulse" item, silicon bracelet declaring my love for him, added to qualify for free shipping.. Lorenz is my service dog, and helps me with mobility, retrieval, and is the best encourager ever!
Unfortunately, the treats were discontinued, but I received my bracelet and was not charged shipping. I love it! Will have to find another type of treat for my boy...

I loved the box, it arrived fairly quickly and I loved the insert explaining what was in the box. My dogs love the treats. It would be nice to maybe get a few more items in the box but its still great and i look forward to my next box.

I'm cauthously optomistic
So far, I have placed only one order with PetFlow.com. I did so based on two things; 1) the product I wanted was available and 2) it was the best price I could find within a reasonable time.
I received the product promptly and it arrived in good condition. Everything thus far is as promised and I'm satisfied. If the price and the service hold, I'd rate PetFlow.com 5 stars. Right now, I'll reserve on star until I have more history with them.

freedom with auto ship
I like the idea of auto ship- I selected once a month-to try different dog food (Abby-lab mix) is a picky eater- but however- I wanted to select different food once a month- I couldn't figure out how change my options- maybe I wanted to try something different every other month....I got frustrated- and made me want to cancel the whole thing. I had to email them and ask them for help- emailed me very next day (which was great)
ask them how to change the food if I wanted to- and I had to email them back with what I wanted to change- .like I said, I may want to change the food every month-or every other month on auto ship- and I want the option to decide every month what I want to change- my dear Abby has allergies- and not every food I order will agree with her. Please help me- I really like the idea of auto ship-but I also want the control and freedom to change the food every month-or every other month- OR even adding items. On my own-without email someone of my choices- and they make the changes for me-because next month- I may decide on a different food-and will have to go through the emailing process all over again-about changes. I may cancel the auto-ship all together- and perhaps find a pet-auto ship site that will allow me to have that freedom. I do like Pet-flows choices of high quality food and treats- but I like the freedom to shop-browse and chose on my own with auto ship items-without evolving a 3rd party...love u petflow and your site-but I need more elbow room---and please-please make it easy-Abby keeps me on my toes with her PICKY eating habits-and allergies

WONDERFUL GRAIN FREE PRODUCTS FOR MY PET.

Not bad, coupon issue
Came across this site after same product went up from $14.00 to $29 on Amazon. What brought me to purchase was pricing with a coupon. However, at checkout, they wouldn't honor coupon unless I set up for a reoccurring delivery. Ridiculous. I did decide to order, however I decreased the amount I was spending due to this issue. Shipping speed was also reason it knocked down another star. Twice as long as Amazon.

MR FRODO AND HIS BROTHER PIPPIN ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DOG FOOD
I rtecently tried something I never thought of doing....I ordered my dog food online from PetFlow.com and am so pleased with the on time delivery, plus the price is the same as it was in the store I had to drive to and order it, then drive again to pick it up.
This is so convenient. Plus my first order was no shipping and a discount applied also. That was great. Now I am having my dog food delivered on a scheduled time and I sure hope that once in a while I get some free shipping again....

I liked it!
My cat loved the Booda soft bite mice! She plays with them all the time. She really doesn't care too much for the Double treat ball and the crinkle cat toy. She loves the Salmon Treats (Salmon is her favorite flavor)! The catnip markers are okay. I haven't given my cat the chicken treats yet or the cat food. The cat food is in a really big can though! Thanks for the box!

Disappointed
I was expecting way more, out of everything the Puggers really only ate the Flossy. He spit out both treats when I tried to see if he'd like them, and he's deathly afraid of squeaky toys, so the toy, although cute, will have to be hidden. :(

Just like Christmas every time we get our box!
I just love Petflow - you get to try things you would probably never even see while picking up pet supplies. My dogs stand around waiting for me to open the package & see what kind of goodies we have this time. I think it is a great bargain & a lot of fun. And the best part is it comes directly to your door which is really nice for people who have difficulties getting around. I have recommended it to several friends. Love it!

Great looking shirt!
My daughter wanted a 3-D Basset Hound shirt and we finally found one on PetFlow and she loves it. Looks like our basset hound, Sammy before he lost his right eye. Love the shirts, love the products. Our's arrived in an envelope type package. Keep up the great work.

Pandora is Spoiled Rotten!
I have 5 cats. Yes, 5. You need to create a bigger box because one of my cats, Pandora, does not want to share the fabulous box we got yesterday. I recently had a very hard time finding Royal Canin Mimi Mature + 8 dog food in the 13 pound bag. After trying several pet stores locally, I called Royal Canin direct. They referred me to PetFlow. And am I ever glad they did!!! Not only did I find just what I needed, but the customer service representative (Corey Dockery) was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me place my order. Plus, he took a moment the next day to send me a follow-up email, offering future assistance if needed. I received my order soon after, and am very pleased with the overall experience. I will definitely be buying my dog food from PetFlow from now on! And.......I would also like to thank PetFlow for contacting me yesterday (via email) in regard to the Oklahoma Disaster. I was very impressed with the fact that PetFlow was waiving shipping on any donated order sent to the Oklahoma shelters. However, I decided to just sent a check directly to the Moore, Oklahoma Animal Shelter so they can just purchase what they need most. I also appreciate the list of Oklahoma Animal Shelters and their addresses. Good to know that the Moore Shelter right there on the outskirts of Moore was not destroyed! Thank you PetFlow!!! I give you not 5 stars, but 10!!!!!

I was spending alot of time shopping around for the best buy, then when I got to the store, they were out of my food. Wasted gas, and time!.. Now I simply selected my food brand (always in stock) and other doggie essentials, set up my delievery schedule, put in my payment option..clicked "submit" . WhooHoo! All Done!
