I have never been disappointed with any purchase from Petflow and neither have my chihuahuas !

I am always happy with my orders from Petflow . They offer incredible selection of wholesome foods ,treats and toys made in the USA . You can always order with confidence knowing that your fur babies will always receive the best products possible. The most amazing thing about Petflow is that they are always offering amazing sale prices on their top selling items and that no matter how bad the weather might be, it doesn't matter because all you have to do is wait for your mailman to show up and everything that your dog or cat loves is delivered right to your door !

I never received my package, it's been 2 weeks

Got the products on time and all items were there.

I wasn't sure when I tried Pet Flow out if I was getting into something good or bad. But as I said, everything arrived on time and the products were what I ordered. Can't get any better than that!

Annoyed to the point of considering not ordering from PetFlow again.

My order was received on time. The box was badly broken and some of the cans of food were damaged but not enough to have me concerned that the seals on the pop tops had been broken. Obviously the carrier used does not give a crap about their packages. meh.
What was the tipping point was a telephone call received as my order shipped which sounded like a "there is a problem with your order call" which is cool, it happens. No, this was a call requesting me to sign up for the timed order and delivery service which started out with your order has shipped and do you want to save 10%?
Sadly, no is not an answer. I had to use my Mom voice in combination with "young man". I get it, guaranteed sales is awesome. I read up on all services any provider has and look for the best deal on the best food for my cats and their messed up dietary needs. Sometimes my older cat eats dry, sometimes he is ill and can only get down wet, meaning I buy when we need and sometimes I buy ahead if it is a good deal. This means I don't use subscription services regardless of the discount. I know it is weird and different, but hey, everyone does their own thing and that is what is cool about America.
That being said, a person on the other end of the phone who called me should probably listen the first or second time "I appreciate your call, but no thank you for your offer. I have looked into or read up on the program and it does not work for us at this time." is said. I know bulldozing someone on the other end of the line is a call center tactic, but really it harms the image of PetFlow giving a crap about not just animals but the people who take care of the animals.
So all of this, battered cans and open shipping box, and a bothersome phone call have me wondering if there is going to be more of this in the future which is so not worth it. For a few more bucks I can buy from someone else who ships faster and does not treat me like a moron for not wanting to save ten measly percent.

Quick, easy and less expensive than the pet store!

Our order of canned dog food came in two days, and was less expensive than the pet store even with shipping! Great to be able to reorder automatically just before we run out.

Going with petflow is that little gem you just love having. The prices are great, love the surprise sales and and my little girl cocker spaniel loves knowing mom will not forget to pick up the food and treats because petflow got her covered with autoship!

Great website!

I buy a lot of different things on this website. Most of which are a great deal...however, the smokehouse porky pizzle dog treats for $.99 are a huge WASTE of money. What came in the mail was super thin and small. My dog ate it in two bites. I don't even think it was worth the $.99.

My favorites are Gourmet Natural Bully Stick, and Canine Caviar Buffalo Jerky Flat Dog Treats.

The customer service for Petflow is also VERY good! I had an issue with one of my packages never arriving and they shipped me a new one.

Frustrated

I will not be ordering from this company again. My package was damaged, sent back by fed-ex, and I was not told a thing. I assumed they would re-ship the order but they did not & I was never notified. Finally, I had to call & they saw the problem. 2 weeks now I have waited for dog food that should have taken 2 days. Never again

'Woof' definitely use them 'rover & rover'

I LOVE THIS COMPANY TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY! I found them by 'accident' and am certainly glad I found them, Pet flow. Their specials & many of their regular priced items along with their prices on Blue Buffalo specialty food I buy is much cheaper ($10) than I have been paying at the store AND THEY DELIVER IT FREE!!!!!
But sadly I have to be honest here. Their spoiled rotten box was disappointing, extremely disappointing. It had several small packs of treats and one toy (foamy green clover) that was destroyed within 7-8mins. The packs of treats would come out to be $4-$6 each based on the price of the 'rotten' box but were more like sample size.
They seemed to be more like gourmet and speciality treats that most ppl like me would not buy. And it seems the company figured out a way to expose us to those treats and got us to pay for them in the process by marketing them as us spoiling our babies!!!
THE BOXES NEED MORE BALANCE OF TREATS AND TOYS.. and we, MAMAS and dads, need some input.
I think they should have 2 kinds of boxes for us to pick from, one with more treats to eat, the other with more toys for our girls and boys. I understand that the boxes need to be uniform in content because of the sheer volume of orders. But we pet-parents should have some input which we'll have when we can pick between play-time & specialty dine boxes...PetFlow decides the actual contents but we still get a say...all mamas and dads need a sense of choosing what our babies have or get & they will have greater retention of customers. Personally I will cancel if this next box has 5 small packs of something I'd not notice let alone buy outright and a single, cheaply made toy claiming to be tough but destroyed in minutes...for $30/mo I can buy toys that cannot be destroyed...but I love the idea of a surprise box!!!!!!!!!!
I LOVE PET FLOW AND WILL USE THEM FOR FOOD AND EVERYTHING ELSE I CAN THINK OF OR NEED..I WANT TO SEE THEM SUCCEED & I want to be part of their success!
Thank you for the chance to voice my opinion...just know I love them. Go look at their own comment section and you'll see many comments wanting a choice on those boxes.

This is the only place I will buy natural treats for my two Jack Russell pups.

I go onto lots of animal site looking at pics and videos and reading stories about all the furry, winged, big and small critters. I tried one bad of sweet potato treats and my dogs loved them so much, I only by from PetFlow.com. I buy maybe 6 or so pkgs at a time. They don't last long with two 10 month old pups.
