Great company!
Love the Pet Corrector I ordered. Came really quick and really does work. Like a company that sells things that are as described. I was walking my two dogs, big ones, when another dog decided to come out at us. One of my dogs was going to confront the other dog. I blasted one squirt of the stop bark and it was like magic. My dogs stopped, my friend's dog jumped up on her, the other dog ran back to its yard. I was happy.

Will defently bee buying more Bully Sticks.
I ordered a pack of 20 6" Bully Sticks and My Maggie loves them , and she's picky about her chewies. Her vet thought I had been brushing Maggie's teeth. Nope just her Bully Sticks, they don't smell all that good so I just give her a Greenie or mint flavored chew and she now has clean teeth a good breath. Because Maggie is so small (Chihuahua) I take them away from her when they get real small. I would recommend to anyone and have told all my fur baby's parents.

I went to the orange county pet expo and was introduce to a new brand of dog food called zignature. Petflow was the most reasonable price and I get money back from my bank by shopping with them. 3 stars where given because my card didn't go thru the first time and if I knew in advance about taking a picture of my dog with the petflow box I would had done it. I recommand petflow and I will shop here again

When will my package get here??
I ordered a presciption food for my dog (Royal Canine) on May 2nd. It is May 16th and the package still says it has not been shipped. I called on May 13th and spoke to a very nice gentleman that said the presciption information had been received by my veterinarian the previous week and it should be shipped that day. Still waiting.....food is essential for a pet, and if it is going to take this long to receive, I will most likely find a new vendor to provide the service in the future or just take the long commute to the specialist veterinarian.

Totally Awesome!

Carina did a dance for joy when her birthday cake started singing to her!!!
Carina was so happy with her new toys. I bought her two of the stuffingless ones, a gecko and a snake, with multiple squeakers, for aggressive chewers, and a stuffed birthday cake with candles that played Happy Birthday! She loved all three!!! It was something to see her dance around the house all excited when my son opened the box and she saw them. He said she could hardly contain herself. I had been telling her for days that momma had ordered her some new toys; I don't care what anyone says. She knew that that box was for her!!! Unfortunately, the squeakers do not work after she punctured them, and unlike it said they would do. She also ripped the gecko up and tore one of the squeakers out, and ripped the bottom out of the birthday cake and ate the musical box. All in all, though, I'd order them all over again. She still has all 3 and hasn't completely ripped them apart, as she's done with every other toy I've gotten her. The most any other toy has lasted her is 5 minutes. We are going on 4 days now, and she still has them; worn, but still playable. Worth every single penny!

I only went to petflow.com because I got a deal through Bank of America. When I checked out the site, I was pleasantly surprised at the prices and selection of products. The food that I buy for my dogs was the same price as in the store, but it got delivered to my house... For free! And the best part was that even though it was free shipping, it was FAST! Great Treat for pets and pet parents

I placed my dog food and treat order on Friday and on Monday the oder was at my door. The order was packaged so well that no cans were dented. I also like the fact that you can plan your pet food deliveries as you need them and change them if need be. You can also choose a one time order. They have a nice selection of products. I was happy with Petflow until my dog got sick!
I had been receiving our dogfood on a reg basis which I was happy about because it was cheaper than store and I didn't have to drive 25 miles to get it. Then I ordered the bully sticks and my little guy got very sick, I called and told customer service that the stick was the only thing my dog had that differed from his normal diet. I was told they had never had any problems with their sticks and I would get a credit. Vet bill and bully sticks in garbage plus never a credit. I'm just happy my dog survived!

One of my two boxes was in pieces but product arrived intact due to manufacturer's strong sacks.
I ordered 3 sacks (30 lb. bags) of dog food. The shipment came in two boxes - one sack in its own box and two sacks in another box. The box with one sack inside was delivered in fine shape. The box that held the two sacks was totally opened BUT the product was in good shape since "Taste of the Wild" dry dog food is packaged in such durable bags. I will order from PetFlow.com.

Would not order from this company again
I was looking to order my pet frontline online and decided to compare prices prior to ordering. I came across the PetFlow site which seemed to have reasonable prices; before I completed my order I looked up a coupon code that said I would save 10.00 on my first order. As I was continuing through with the order process I could see where the 10.00 was subtracted and I was also given free shipping. Websites that I normally order from let you review your order in its entirety prior to final confirmation. You are asked to choose if you want monthly continual shipping or other forms and this is where I chose a one time shipment and the order then went through. When I realized the 10.00 was added back on I contacted customer service and I was told because I chose a one time shipment and not continual shipment my discount was deducted. WRONG AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this choice was taking away your discount there should be a box that pops up telling you because you chose a one time shipment you will not receive the discount previously applied.
I believe this was a deceiving way to get customer to order and will not order from this company in the future. I have alerted all my pet owning friends and coworkers about this. You've lost several potential customers.
